The Fairy Shop

This was on my "must do" list for Boston! So cute and very friendly.

If you’re a Harry Potter fan this is a cute little store to stop in. They have just about everything Harry Potter. The store is a bit small, definitely can’t have too many people in at once.

Michael’s store on Newbury Street never fails to delight and enchant! My daughter got a visit as a treat after the Harry Potter exhibition in Cambridge and loved it! I’ve been shopping here now for thirty years! The store has undergone changes in merchandise and it’s currently all Harry Potter (it started as The Crow, has also had soaps, candles, silver jewelry, gnomes, fairies, Alice in Wonderland, etc). I still have a great deal of the items I’ve bought over the years- good quality and selected with love. If the owner isn’t swamped with customers, please take a moment to chat with him! He’s the best part of the experience- super friendly person who sells only what he himself loves. Thank you, Michael, for giving my daughter a ticket for The Hogwarts Express- she loved your store!

This shop was adorable! I was so excited to purchase the new Harry Potter Movie quiz game! The owner was a delight to talk to.. very personable and sweet. Would recommend for all Harry Potter lovers!

Lovely little shop, slightly on the pricey side, but nice shop and great Harry Potter merchandise, and the staff was great!

It's a tiny little shop filled with Harry Potter items from magnets, scarves, and mugs to Triwizard champions wand collection and Time Turners. Certain house items might be sold out at random times, but the owner always restocks. He's really nice 😊

Stumbled on this place while visiting Boston- found the owner to be welcoming and the store to be cozy and charming. 99% Harry Potter merchandise with a small amount of other goodies. Worth a look, esp for HP fans!
