Kvartira Books is such a hidden gem! You can tell the owner carefully curates the books because they are all beautiful pieces of art. The space is very warm and welcoming, the backyard is nice and the book nook is great for young kids. They also have excellent programming. And on top of it all, the books are very reasonably priced! This place is truly amazing and I hope they are able to stay in business for a long time. Everyone should go visit!

Unique store with kids books in Russian, Ukrainian, English and other languages. You can find the most beautiful books here. They also have small presents, kids clothing, events and a restroom for customers! In Russian, you can also subscribe to a lending library and borrow 3 books at a time. They are open 7 days a week 11 am to 6 pm (5:30 on weekends)

Such a wonderful book store! Stopped by for a quick visit after a friend recommended it, and it did not disappoint. The owners are very kind and knowledgeable, and I left with a toteful of books. They also offer a library/subscription service which I will definitely use in the future. What a gem!

We walk past here daily and so decided on a whim to drop in and we were totally delighted by the range of books for the varying ages! My two book worms immediately wanted to read every book there! We purchased some really beautiful books - including a lovely edition of the secret garden and a few others! Highly recommend! Greta for gifts for kids too with books from different languages and countries!

A new neighborhood gem. Gorgeous original texts and modern translations into Slavic languages (🇷🇺🇺🇦 as of now) as well as a nice selection of English language content and many other goodies. This is also a space that hosts events for children and their caregivers. (And one might also find some cold ☕️ drinks and snack for the little ones). Also (Psst) there’s a nook for the kids to read and hang out and it’s air conditioned. I’m just saying:)
