Five stars all the way. Romantic Depot Brooklyn is clean, welcoming, and seriously well stocked with everything from beginner friendly toys to more adventurous finds. The staff is knowledgeable without being pushy and actually takes the time to help you find what you want. Prices are fair, the selection is impressive, and the store feels comfortable and judgment free. The new one hour delivery option is a total game changer and makes last minute plans way more fun. This is hands down my go to sex shop in Brooklyn and I will definitely be back.

I wasnt going to leave a review, I usually dont but I have never been more uncomfortable in a adult store in my life. I frequently check out adult stores and ive been to many across a few states and this was by far the worst experience. It was incredibly loud and music was blasting to point where I couldn't even hear my partner when we were next to eachother. There were atleast 10 employees all shoved into this tiny store which made it not only uncomfortable to walk around but also felt like I had no privacy at all. When I was on the 2nd floor an employee actually came down and started yelling for her coworker and did so about 8 times which was a bit extreme and made it even more uncomfortable. Every employee was talking so loud it sounded like yelling and the selection they had was nothing special. Like i said, I never leave reviews but this store made me never want to go to another adult store in NY again.

Ty was incredibly helpful walking me through different options and giving me pros and cons of each. He was very patient and knowledgeable about what might work best for me. Really chill attitude, will definitely be back/let my people know about this spot.
