At first my partner & I was a bit apprehensive, about entering the store. Immediately upon entry we were greeted by a staff named Gashley. She was so helpful, didn’t make the convo awkward & very informative as well. Spinning the wheel was super fun lol. Will definitely be back 😝

I have to say. This is the best location in the city. I feel like I never get the care they need at the other romantic depots and I’ve been to a lot. Thank you Preston and Ashley you guys are so amazing!!!!! Hands down best experience.

3 stars for the two boys who were there on Wednesday (they deserve more stars) but the 2 stars less is for the 3 girls who were there on Thursday, I bought a pair of heels on Wednesday without trying it and I realise it's totally my fault, I took a size that is my usual size so I told myself that I didn't necessarily need to try it. Arrived home I realise that the pair is much too small and thin for my feet so I decide to go back to the store to potentially change the size except that they had no other sizes, the girls give me tips to enlarge the shoes and I try to explain to them as well as possible that in any case my feet are wide so either I will break them or I will not stand them but hey, they continue to contradict me as if they knew my feet better than me. They explained to me that the store's policy does not allow refunds and I understand so in this case they could have taken back the pair and just authorised me to shop in the shops at the price I paid the pair but in short now I find myself with a pair of uncomfortable shoes for my feet, I wore it yesterday but it was impossible to end the evening with it and it is not made for my foot because my foot is wide, so I suppose the pair will sleep in my suitcases in any case I would come back to The shop that if there are the two boys from the last time they were too adorable and listening!!

My visit at romantic depot Left me incredibly pleased, I was very comfortable and had an amazing experience they were very discreet and welcoming I would highly recommend this place and Terence was absolutely exceptional with his service and how they took care of me.
