Maria is really amazing. She knows so much. She will take the time to educate you on your needs and desires. This is the original Tender Moments location. Hilary is a new employee who's friendly and outgoing. All 4 Tender Moments have wonderful employees. Darth Vador lives at this location!

Absolutely disappointed in the customer service of this company. My husband surprised me with a day full of dates for my birthday this past weekend, we made a very quick stop at this establishment before our dinner reservations. I bought something out of excitement and in a rush. Immediately after leaving the store (within 5 min) I called and spoke to the sales person (Kristy) who was very understanding and explained how I literally just bought this item she would speak with a manger during the week in order for me to return the item. When I didn’t hear back on Monday, I called the store again and spoke with a newer employee. She took my name and number and specifically told me she would tell a manager about this and call me back. She never did. I called AGAIN on Tuesday. I apparently spoke with a manager who was very adamant that I was unable to return the product and states that neither of her employees left her any messages and it was the first time she was hearing of this. It is extremely discouraging to find out the employees you thought you could trust at an establishment like this are not trustworthy at all. Would never recommend this place to anyone. After reading the reviews I can see this isn’t the first time it’s happened . Shame on you Tender Moments, employees and management.

Maria "the red headed woman", was by far the most helpful courteous and KINDEST person I have ever met in a shop like this. My wife and I had lots of questions and she answered them all without hesitation! My wife and I felt VERY comfortable and VERY welcome in the store. It was THE BEST experience we have ever had in these types of stores. We will be back for ALL of our needs. And we will be asking for Maria each and every time.

Highly trained staff that were very helpful and knowledgeable about products as well as showing how to turn products off and on, how to operate, charging and cleaning products. Without their assistance I would have probably gone wrong, but thanks to the great advice from Brandy, everything went smooth, well taken care of and love their high quality products. Definitely a returning customer.

staff is always friendly and willing to take the time to explain what n how it works. they'll help you find n item, or if need, their happy to order it. one has no reason to be embarrassed to ask questions. and yes the ladies are very knowledgeable and very attractive.

My husband and I went in excited to spice things up in the bedroom. We thought we were talking to a discreet young lady but in fact she spoke VERY loudly. And although we aren't shy , she made my husband and I very uncomfortable and the whole store could hear her. We even asked her politely to please lower her voice and she refused. Regardless of it being a sex shop if a customer asks you to lower your voice and keep it discreet, you respect it.
