Ari was incredibly kind and helpful! It's such a shame that they're working towards firing him//they just put him on probation. Because he's been working really hard the whole time we've been in the store! Definitely coming back during his shifts. He let our friends know he was working Carrollton today when he was at Preston over the weekend. Such a shame he's been struggling and Sara's secret can't keep their employees afloat as a small business.

Jeremiah hooked us up on our weekend in Dallas. It's not his home store, but if you catch him at either location, tell him Rugged Buddha set you. His recommendations are ON POINT! Ask about the JO Toy Cleaner (she REALLY likes just how well the foam works!) He's knowledgeable, charismatic, hillarious funny to talk to, and a a wit sharper than anything found in the BDSM section! My husband and I were driving in the neighborhood when we saw the store and decided to stop by to see what they had and I am so glad we did, the employee Vanessa gave us one of our best customer experiences of our lives, she was fantastic, showed us around and told us a lot of facts about the toys and stuff we were asking about. We ended up buying a couple things and some aphrodisiac drinks, we will see how that goes. We live out in the country but we sure plan on coming back to get more stuff! Thank you, Vanessa!!

Bilal was VERY patient and understanding to my needs. I get it’s a toy store but he was very professional & has immaculate customer service skills! (Y’all need to keep him!) I promise they always have the best people & products ,Here (my GO TO STORE)!

Maria the store manager helped me find candles for my home. They have a wonderful fragrance and I definitely will come back.
