The ladies at the counter are absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional sales people I have ever encountered. I go to put my card in the chip reader and there was a malfunction. From the jump, the older lady at the counter says "You don’t have any money in your card. It was working just a second ago." I know for a fact there was money because I just checked previously. The other employee chimed in backing her up saying it must be my bank account, saying my chip doesnt read. And it couldn’t possibly be their machine. I used my card at a different store and it worked! I ended up not purchasing. These ladies are very rude and make the environment hostile. I will not be returning.

I used to absolutely love this store. They have an amazing selection of old and vintage toys and their selection of exclusive and rare Funko pops is unmatched. I almost didn't want to tell people about this place because my boyfriend used to be an avid collector of pops. I just went in on black Friday, found the shirt I'd been eyeing for months for a Christmas gift. We asked an attendant which shirts were 50% off and she said the ones on the wall (where the shirt was) were 50% and the ones on the table were full price. Not only that, but she said they could be price checked. I grabbed the shirt and stood in line forever because the cashier (and I believe the owner but I might be mistaken) was having a conversation with the people in front of me. She rings it up, it comes up full price. I asked if it was on sale, she said no, I explained it was on the wall and we had asked. She begins to rush us out in a very annoyed tone and says she can't change the price, and that they were misplaced. I said I was sorry even though I did nothing wrong. The way she spoke to us was so rude and unprofessional and by the time we left my boyfriend was beyond angry. She was nice to the people in front of us but completely changed her attitude with me even though they messed up. We won't be coming back here ever again. They just lost a very faithful customer.

There's something for all ages. Board games, classic and new, jigsaw puzzles, POP figures, Barbies, Legos, and lots more. Definitely check the store out!

Sooooooo many pop vynyls! The staff was super helpful and curteous. will definitely go back. All sorts of games and fun stuff for the family as well!
