Spencer's

Went to buy a couple of mugs. The sign said $5 mugs and it looked like all the mugs underneath were $5. I got to the register and saw that they weren't $5. They lady was super nice and said she was going to check for me and even saw that the sign was misleading. 2 other people then followed her to the register only to rudely inform me that it's only the ones with a yellow tag (No signs saying that). If that manager or however came by would have apologized for the misleading signs and just talked to me like a person and not like I was stupid for not knowing then I would have been fine. This manager clearly doesn't know how to talk to people. That's what made me mad, I didn't even care about the mugs anymore. Just the fact that the manager gave me an attitude and snobby look

There are usually 'buy two, get two' sales for jewelry here. If i don't find four pieces of jewelry I like, I will not purchase four pieces of jewelry. If I find three pieces I like, the cashier will harass me to find one more to get the discount and refuse to check me out otherwise. She is rude, entitled, and just incredibly awful to interact with. I did not get her name because I wanted to keep the interaction as short as possible, but being yelled at to purchase more items that I have already looked at and decided I do not want is ridiculous, and does not make me want to return to this location.

Came to get a set of new gauges. The ladies at the front were trying to get me to buy the oils or sanitizer to clean them (which is fine because trying to upsell is fine with me) but were very condescending when I said no and they asked what I use to clean my gauges and pretty much gave me shit for whatever I use. That’s not going to make me buy your products let alone come back. I’m 35 years old and have been using gauges since I was 17. Never had problems or infections. Please use another way to get people to buy your products because coming off arrogant and condescending to me is not gonna get you anywhere.

This one is an oddity in every mall but with the online age, it just seems to only have youth laughing a sex toys in the back.

This shop is upstairs in the Chandler Fashion Center. Crazy , fun, and sometimes inappropriate gifts for the 13+ age crowd(maybe 18+ for some of their gag gifts). Store is kind of dark and small, so it is hard to shop when it is busy or if you are claustrophobic.

Spencer's always has fun stuff & wacky things to look at. I was trying to find a cool mask!!! Thankfully they had one that I like.

A fairly well organized store with a very welcoming staff that are very informed about their inventory. The store manager with green hair was very quick to help me with selections of ear rings, shirts, and talked me out of some stuff that wouldn't fit or didn't seem like my style. Definitely my Spencer's I will be using.
