Amazing Experience at Bad Kitty I had such a great experience here, the store is super clean, well organized, and has a comfortable vibe that makes it easy to browse around without feeling awkward. Jude was incredible, friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. They took the time to explain different products and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. It is rare to get that level of customer service anywhere, especially in this kind of store. I will definitely be coming back, thank you Jude for making it such a positive and fun experience.

This place is fantastic. The staff - Stephanie and Che (pronounced 'shay') are personable, knowledgeable, helpful, and just super fun people. I wanted to stay and hang out with them all day. There's a wide selection of products, and if you have no clue what you're looking for, they can walk you through the basics. I learned a ton.

I stopped in tonight and was helped by Rebecca. She was so knowledgeable and helped me find what I was looking for so easily. I also felt welcome and felt no shame at all.
