Love this place. Good variety of things. Not good selection of shoes though.

My friend and I just had an awesome time in here!!! Her name is Kat, and you just couldn’t wish for a better person to be working your store. Awesome personality, down to Earth, and we just laughed over and over again talking about random things. It’s exactly what I needed today, and that was some good vibes! 🤙🏼 I guess you could say, that she makes you feel the way that you should, while shopping for these types of items.

First- looks and location can be deceiving. I thought this place was going to be a hole in the wall run of the mill , cluttered store. Boy was I wrong, staff was accommodating friendly, willing to give advice and look up an item if it wasn't seen in the store. When I walked in the store is glamorous with hardwood floors great lighting an clear and defined sections. Very knowledgeable non judgmental staff, the best perk all of most popular toys are on display and available for consumers to touch. They have cute Valentine's day bags and if you spend over $50 you get a gift. Who doesnt like free?

This place is amazing! The workers are super nice and very informative about the products and overall really helpful! I went there feeling a bit nervous (not used to buying adult products in person) at first, but as soon as I walked in, they greeted me warmly and made sure I was attended to! The store was really clean and organized which is always a good sign. They have a large selection of toys, supplements, lingerie and so many other products! The prices can be a bit high for some things so be warned but overall the quality of the product is really good. Overall, I would definitely recommend it in comparison to a lot of other adult stores. I will visit again really soon!

Was very disappointed last night . I called before coming to confirm hours. Drove 30 minutes & arrived at 11:45. The salesperson decided to close early. At this time they were seen inside helping another customer. They just looked at me & ignored me. They then came to the door when letting the other customer out. And stated they decided to close early to stock inventory. I politely asked if this within policy as this was a huge inconvenience for me. I requested to speak to a manager but was denied. The shift leader then proceeded to down the gate in front of me leading to further embarrassment.

Employees were friendly but followed me around the entire time. I made a purchase online but couldn't use the " pickup from store option " so I took a screenshot of the cost explained it to them and the representative said " dont worry we will take care of it " when it was time to purchase the cost was 40% more than online. She then told me I can only get that deal online.. ok????? Im not going to debate about 10 or 15 dollars. No cell service in store. I saw a qr code on door and mentioned it. Both employees said there was no qr code on door. I walked outside scanned the qr code and stood outside in the freezing cold until I figured out the pickup in store option. Went inside showed them the purchase and was told they had to wait to recieve it. Thats fine ill look around. Found a dvd, decided I didnt want it handed it to them at counter then found a corset I thought the girl im seeing would love bought that along with the online purchase totaling around $55. I bought some mints for $9 as well. When I got home I realized one of the products was water based and not silicone based. I went back to the store before work today to exchange not return. Just wanted the correct product an employee working in an adult leisure/entertainment store should know the difference in silicone based and water based products. If I hadn't of noticed immediately it could have really hurt the girl im dating. Upon walking in the store the same employee asked me if I was the person that worked at hustler in vegas, I said yes. ( I previously told the staff, I was a vip host and promotional manager at the hustler nightclub/exotic dan er venue for a about a year or so. ) she then accused me of stealing she said the employees saw me on camera. This was insulting and unprofessional. I replied ma'am I cleared 136k this year. Before I could get another word out she interrupted me and told me verbatim " that dont matter " I ignored her at this point. She got the manager and I grabbed my phone to show them a screenshot of the purchase while the manager ( who was quick to assist ) was helping exchange the product she kept saying check the date...check the date. Absolutely unprofessional, uncalled for, and insulting. Im a member of hustler Hollywood. They have my address, email, phone number, credit card info. Not only that but why would I steal something then come back to exchange the purchase they messed up. They followed me around the store, messed up my order, then accused me of theft... I am 42 years old i run the wine program as lead sommelier at the most expensive restaurant inside of the most expensive luxury hotel in charlotte. I contributed to bottle service sales and promotions for a location where we were bringing in over 2 million dollars in sales a month in las vegas for over a year. Ive shopped at this store probably 5 times and ignored them following me around. Maybe I could understand why if I came in with my pants sagging and facial tattoos, I pulled up in a new mercedes wearing a bow tie and dress shirt. No apology whatsoever. Nothing but accusations. I would assume when a customer is standing there having a conversation with you smiling and laughing being polite and well spoken. Makes a purchase both online and in store. Not to mention. The previous visit I bought a corset that was around $90 and lingerie for my ex girlfriend. That thats probably someone you dont have to worry about stealing anything. The highest priced item i saw was $1,400 and it was a life size doll. Why would I risk a criminal charge that would escalate into me losing my position at a multi billion dollar international luxury hotel brand where I occasionally make more than the highest priced item they have in that store in 8 hours? Now to sum this lengthy review up in defense of the store they are located in a very low income area across the street from a Walmart. I happened to have just purchased a house less than a mile from that location.
