Spencer's

We were not acknowledged in the store, staff was hanging around in the back and nobody came to check us out so we put everything back and walked out.

I visited your store today at 12:00 PM with the intention of purchasing a Chucky doll. There were three different versions available, two placed high up and one on the floor. When I asked for help, the staff acted as though retrieving the dolls was a major inconvenience. One associate reluctantly handed down the two from the top shelf with visible annoyance. Despite that, I still chose to buy the one on the floor. I placed it on the counter, ready to check out, while two employees stood there backs turned engaged in a personal conversation. I waited, in plain view, for five full minutes. Not once did either of them acknowledge me. I finally put the item back and walked out. I don’t usually write complaints, but this level of indifference and disrespect from your staff was unacceptable. I walked in ready to spend money and walked out feeling completely ignored. You lost a sale today and a customer.

rude management and employees!!! Will literally ignore you for no reason, ive gone in many times needing help but the employees are always too busy in their conversations with eachother!!! the older manager lady is incredibly rude and passive aggressive and should not be working in customer service. the store NEEDS to be retrained... i do not enjoy coming here anymore. visited again recently. still incredibly rude staff who needs their attitudes rechecked.. genuinely so disgusting

Got all my favorite shirts from SPENCER'S. I'd buy more if I could afford it!

Its just like any other spencers store

very rude and unprofessional staff. i would avoid this one

Spencer's has been around for as long as I can remember. They have always sold quirky t-shirts, rock bands paraphernalia, adult toys and games, jewelry and piercings, and other oddities. On a recent visit with my teenage grandson the employees were friendly enough and the store looked well organized and clean, but the air conditioning wasn't working. Fans had been brought in, including one that sucked in cooler air from the mall and blew it into the store but that only did so much. The store was still uncomfortable. When we reached the register we were not the only ones and eventually one of us spotted an employee and had to summon them to take care of us. If not for that lack of service plus the too warm store I would have given a 5th star.
