Janelle at Lucky Strike was amazing! From the moment we sat down, she was friendly, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She had a great attitude, checked in on us at just the right times, and kept things moving smoothly even when it got busy. Her positive energy really added to the experience and made our night that much more fun. If you’re at Lucky Strike, definitely hope you get Janelle she’s awesome!

We’ve been coming to Lucky Strike for about a month now. Our kids have joined the Saturday Bumper Buddies league. Janelle has usually served us and she has been a superstar. She’s attentive, friendly, and just an amazing person. If she’s taking care of you, know you are in good hands. Highly recommend this place.

I just want to start off by saying I had the absolute best experience last night! At the very last minute, my family of nine decided to go bowling at the Cherry Hill location. Surprisingly enough, there was no wait time. The venue was super clean. We had the honor of being tended to by the manager, Jason. His customer service was absolutely top tier. Jason came over to us just to see how things were going and to make sure we were being taken care of, and we most certainly were. We were waited on by Reyna; she was very patient with us and took the time to answer any questions we had about the menu. To be honest, everyone there was truly amazing, from the nice lady bartender who checked on us to make sure we had our lanes, to the young lady in the arcade room, who was great at making sure we utilized our credits. Overall, a great time was had, and we are looking forward to returning!

Went here to celebrate a birthday. Bartender was attentive and fun. The servers were quick and very friendly. The lanes are cool with the decor but the functionality wasnt too consistent.

Janelle my server was amazing!!!!!! She was so helpful with my daughters small birthday party and was so friendly kept cooming over to ask if we needed anything!! Anytime I have an event I would like her to help me!!!!

Met some friends in NJ at Lucky Strike for bowling. It was a Friday night with a good crowd. We bowled one game to get warmed up and ordered some food. The smash burgers and fries were awesome. Bowled a 2nd game and went into the arcade to end the night. The staff was pleasant and helpful and we all had a great time. Would definitely go back for another visit!!
