Convenient with a good supply of excellent bargain books, my only complaint are the homeless ppl who LIVE in the store. They park their bikes/carts all over the sidewalk and gather in one particular corner of the store to beg.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the stock is laid out in groups and easy to find. However, the doors are cumbersome to open by yourself if you use a mobility aid and as there are two sets of doors before you get into the store proper, it's difficult to do by yourself if using a cane or walker (I can't even imagine the trouble trying to get a wheelchair in!). The aisles aren't super wide and if you have trouble bending down, the bottom shelf on every aisle is inaccessible to you.

Overall I have always liked this Barnes and Noble. It is always very clean and organized. It’s always been easy to find the things I am looking for. Plus, there are so many varieties of things to buy. There are not only books, but journals, pens/markers, toys, music, fun little trinkets and other things. I would say this is a great place to find a fun little gift for someone and also great to find stocking stuffers at Christmas time. My biggest issue with Barnes and Noble is how ridiculously expensive it is. Often times I can find the same things elsewhere for much cheaper. Not everything seems unreasonable, but most of it is to me. I rarely shop here because of that reason. We definitely don’t have the money to spend on such expensive items. There is a Starbucks here and it is a great place to get some work done or meet up for coffee with a friend. I love that you don’t have to buy anything from Barnes and noble to eat here. Also, the staff has always been very friendly.

I mean it's a great book store. idk what's going on with this being in the men's room but someone (not me) might accidentally tinkle on this puppy, then it can't go back to the café, i don't want tinkle signs in the café, not at my Barnes of Noble!

This is my go-to B&N if I ever feel like going to one. I used to live nearby and went to the Cafe so often I was comfortable chatting with the baristas, and they remembered my order haha. As for the main store, everyone is willing to help but knows to not make it weird if I decline. No insisting or anything. I always know where to find what I want to look at, because the layout doesn't change very much. Try as I might, I can't really think of anything negative that's remotely significant enough to mention. Edit: well, besides the fact that everything is pretty damn expensive, but thats a B&N problem and not specific to this location. If you go to Barnes & Noble at all, I feel like it is likely you know this already.

My sons are Both PhD students and we all visit Barnes and Nobles at GREENBRIAR to purchase books, Lego’s and /or eat in the cafeteria! As a retired educator , we have frequented Barnes and Nobles for years !! Whenever we checkout we are ALWAYS asked if we are Barnes and Nobles member, HOWEVER this one white older lady in the upper 60s, had on numerous occasions NEVER asked us if we are Barnes and Nobles members and She’s NEVER FRIENDLY!! We always feel stereotyped and discriminated against whenever she’s the cashier !! Her behavior is totally unacceptable!!!

The store is very standard 2000's B&N. The cafe is clean and bright but isn't very well decorated. Kinda blah. The food was not my favorite. The quiche had strange bits inside of it I couldn't chew. Good news is that on New Year's Day....it wasn't crowded at all like the restaurants that were nearby. All the staff were great.
