Romantic Kingdom - Couple's Megastore

I couldn’t be happier and thankful for this store in Chesapeake and two associates who are super helpful even when it’s a rare subject. As a man in my 40s and the owner of a literal micropenis, shopping at sex stores was rarely a good experience. Looking past the first part, telling a stranger/employee you are too small for most items. In my past, they either thought I wasn’t serious, or didn’t believe me that I needed an item that small, or whatever there reasoning was but I never got the items I needed. Well these two ladies at this store went as far as they had too, including special wording micro Chasity cages and super snug condoms. In two visits , we spent at least two hours making my wants happen. We talked honestly and were real and even laughed together. Needless to say, I’ll be shopping here as long as I shop. So much better when you have to tell someone your size when it’s tiny to have a genuine effort then how all the others in my past. Telling them my little size only to be told they can’t do anything to help and they don’t carry anything that small.

This was my first time visiting this store and I definitely will be coming back! I was amazed at how many products they offered and the variety of products they had. I saw items in this store that I never heard of and when it was explained to me what it was used for I got so excited!!! I forgot the lady's name who helped me but she was amazing and knew the products and answer any questions I had.

I love this store. The young black woman with glasses and stretched ears is very kind and went above and beyond to help me. I was afraid to go in but she cracked jokes to make me feel better and made me at ease. I ne er feel that way before. 10/10 will be back

Great customer service! The young lady at the counter was very punctual and very welcoming when I entered the store. Even gave me the options for the product I was looking for instead of just selling me base product itself. The store itself was very clean, organized, and overall well put together. Would not hesitate to visit this location again. By far my only preferred adult entertainment store day or night!

I usually come late at night and have always received top notch customer service and helpful product information from the lady who works the latest shift. I just stopped by this afternoon at 320pm and whoever the woman working behind the counter is was abruptly rude and stated they do not allow dogs in the store before I even walked in the door. Now mind you, I frequent this location without incident late at night at least a handful of times a month. Also, my "dog" is not a pet. He is a service animal and my right to bring him inside with me is protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act. I visited on a previous occasion in the early afternoon once a few months ago and was illegally disrespected then as well. As soon as we walked in the door the lady behind the counter barked, "Papers!" I didn't even realize she was speaking to me at first. It wasn't until she rudely said, "Ma'am, do you have papers?" that my brain registered she was barking at me. I was so confused by that ludacris and illegal demand that I just left and didn't have the energy to care or report it until today's second incident occurred. This employee needs education on what is and more specifically what is not allowed to be required or asked regarding service animals. Also, this business has a zillion rules and regulations posted on the entrance door, yet nothing is mentioned about dogs or their unwelcome status whatsoever (pictures included of the entrance)

I've never been wowed by employee interactions in this store. They have a decent selection of stuff but knowing how to find anything is impossible. There isn't a clear standard or plus size section so you end up grabbing something in the wrong size because part of the label is covered by a price tag. You can't come back to exchange (because duh you can't return intimate items) so you're stuck with something that won't fit. Almost like it was an intentional placement choice to boost sales. Things aren't organized by type; there's bodysuits, bikini sets, stockings, and robes all hung randomly wherever they land so you can't just come in looking for stockings and go straight to a stockings section. There are *some* areas of specific things (men's wear, pasties) but it's like they gave up keeping the general lingerie in any sense of order. Employees have time to organize boxed merchandise if they have time to be wearing Airpods listening to something on their phone behind the desk. I used to work in a store like this and I'd be embarrassed if customers had this kind of experience in my store. In regard to included photo, this is where the sticker was placed before purchasing. It wasn't until I got home and noticed on the back it was labeled "Queen Size". If the sticker hadn't been covering the same label on the front I'd have known I needed to find a different pair, and I'd have had an even easier time if the standard and plus sizes were grouped together to reduce browsing time. Clothing stores organize clothing by size range, lingerie stores should be no different. Especially when customers can't just exchange the mistake due to hygiene regulations. To the business owner: If these organizational choices are based on the "if people have to actively look at things and ask employees questions they're more likely to buy more" business model, it's a bad model. Most customers like to find what they're looking for without needing an employee, especially ones that don't appear to be motivated to help people.
