I wanted to return shoes that I didn't wear and is still in the same condition as when I bought it. One shoe compresses more than the other. I called the store the next day I bought it and asked if I could return it. They said yes. But when I walked into the store, they refused. I got the sense they were discriminating and took delight in not being helpful and rejecting my return.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. The prices are wrong, and when you go to pay they try to charge you an extra dollar just because. The dollar section is a scam. Horrible costumer service, managers should improve their hiring practices! The staff here makes your shopping experience uncomfortable and makes you not want to come back!

I placed an order for in-store pickup on November 21st and received an email on November 22nd confirming that my item was ready for pickup at the Clybourne location. The email stated that if there were any issues with cancellations or inventory, a store manager would contact me. Since I never received any call or notice, I assumed everything was in order.I went to pick up my purchase on December 5th, bringing the confirmation email and my ID as instructed. After driving 45 minutes to the store, I was told that their system had been down for two weeks and the item was not actually available. This was confusing, considering someone had marked the order as ready for pickup. When I asked what my options were, I was simply directed to contact customer support.I reached out to customer support hoping to still receive the product, but instead of a response or assistance, I received a notification from my bank that my order had been refunded without any explanation. There was no communication from the company, no apology, and not even an offer to waive shipping or provide an alternative solution after the inconvenience and time spent. I’ve shopped at this location many times, and this experience was extremely disappointing. Better communication and a genuine effort to resolve the issue would have gone a long way.

Jamesy & Jocelyn really know their merchandise. Small little store located in the North and Clybourn area. They have something for everyone.

Great atmosphere! Great employees every visit!! Warm welcome’s when you come in the door and usually a knowledgeable employee to eagerly assist you. They are discreet as well. They have a nice variety of clothing and adult items. Great sales. Paid street parking.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but I couldn’t let this go unshared. The manager, Jamesy, at the Hustler Hollywood store helped me in-store on Saturday — super professional, kind, and knowledgeable. But what really left an impression happened on Tuesday night. I got a flat tire and pulled into a gas station, stressed and unsure of what to do. By pure luck, he happened to be at the station next to me. Without me even asking, Jamesy came over, offered help, and stayed with me until I had everything figured out. He didn’t have to do any of that — it wasn’t part of his job — but he still stepped up with kindness and patience. In a world where so many people keep to themselves, it meant a lot to have someone just be there. I genuinely appreciate him more than words can say. Hustler Hollywood is lucky to have someone like that leading their team. 🩷🩷

Gotta say I was a little disappointed. Waited around for 15 minutes after open for the store actually open. I purchased a Lenovo Thinkpad X1 Carbon G9 with a 14-inch screen and a Core i7-1185G7 processor, 32 GB with a 1 TB SSD. When I opened it, it had a 6th gen processor and 16 GB of ram. It’s basically useless for my purposes.
