The Pleasure Chest

KIND BUSINESS ALERT Kody, Fayerie, Angel are all great. This store and location is so fantastic. The Pleasure Chest is an institution in Chicago. You will find whatever you need here plus the staff will make you feel comfortable and guide you to make the best choices for you and your proclivities. You can't go wrong. They have classes as well. They carry a full line of überlube products.

Kody was very helpful in assisting us, giving suggestions, making sure we had everything, and so on. A very inclusive space and I will be looking into the seminars they hold.

LOVE this business. not only is everyone kind, friendly and accepting, its very very queer friendly. every time i walk in the door, it feels so safe. thank you for making that happen!

The staff were kinda rude and %100 did not know what they were talking about. I was sold the worst lube I've ever used for the most I've ever paid. Do not go into here, hell, it's too bright anyway, ur not missing out on anything.

Tania and Angel were soooooooooooooo helpful in educating the products and accessories. Came in with my sisters and we were all so pleased in not feeling judged or rushed. Thank you to them and give them a raise IMMEDIATELY!!!

Incredible company with very knowledgeable and helpful staff they make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. Made our first time a joy and place that we use as the gold standard when comparing others that are closer but we keep coming back it is definitely worth it.

I have always had a positive, inviting, and comfortable time browsing and shopping at The Pleasure Chest. Everyone who works here is very welcoming, educated, and friendly. I highly recommend their products and the shop itself!
