Wish I could give 0 stars A couple days ago me and my autistic cousin went into hustler’s downtown Cincinnati! I walk in first I was never asked for anything she (the manager) just said hello welcome in my autistic cousin comes in with 2 other girls and she asked all us for a id we told her we didn’t have it on us she made it a big thing took pictures of my autistic cousin and made us leave I found my id and went back in too ask her why did she ask us for an id when I had came in first and the day before and never was asked for id I asked her was it because of my autistic cousin she said no she said it was because I looked under 30 but the store say 18+ so even if I was under 30 me being of age I am still allowed in the store rii? So I asked her again was it because my autistic cousin because at that point your discriminating she said yes it was because of her and said it was policy please never come here I found out a couple days after this happened that this has happened with over 30+ autistic girls in her store ! I have never felt so disrespected imagine how she felt when she asked her for a id and she is older than me by 6 years im 19 she cried so bad asking us is it because she ugly ? Asking us if she did something wrong but had did nothing wrong I hope no one ever has too go through what she did 🥺💔!

I wish I could give the lovely staff a ten. Answered any questions I had and had me out the door WAY over my planned budget - & well worth it. Thank you all, plan to spend more here.

Staff was super helpful when I picked up my order. They notified me about the rest of my order being sold out and were still transparent about that. Felt no prejudice or judgements from the staff in the store. Also got great recommendations for products and for sightseeing options in the city!

I love this store. I think this is one of my favorite stores ever. The ladies working are remarkable and very helpful. The security guard was too. He was helping me get things down off the hooks up high. God love him really didn't give him an option I just said hey can you get this down for me? Then there were numerous items. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience.

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review but I just got home from Hustler, Brandy C helped me with my purchase and I had an awesome experience! She was awesome! Easy to talk to and had knowledge about the products. I felt totally comfortable and feel like I made a friend! Thanks for your help I will definitely be back in to see you soon! I sincerely appreciate you not making me feel like a weirdo and thanks for all the good suggestions. I’m very happy with my purchases!

It was my first time ever visiting and I have to say I loved it. The environment was surprisingly not awkward for somebody new to that kind of store. The employees were incredibly friendly and helpful and I will definitely be coming back.
