Purchased a product that was opened and defective and they told me to "contact the manufacturer" instead of exchanging within 5 minutes of my purchase. Do not recommend. Overpriced and bad quality.

I was going to purchase a 200.00 toy and they couldn't show me that it worked. Ive never been to a store where they wouldn't open it to show that it worked since you can't return items. I feel like that would have been to much for the employee.

I have shopped at this location for years and prefer it out of the 2 downtown. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming. They have been also very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. And I appreciate my hustle rewards discounts on my purchases. Overall, I have never had any complaints about this location. 👍🏽💯

Construction going on so parking was a challenge. Only inside for 5 minutes. Only people in there and we were watched and not even greeted. Bought nothing and had a nice $65 parking ticket for parking behind meter in stead of in front of it! The cupboard in Clifton is much better.

The employee was helpful and the store had a wide enough selection that you don't feel limited. Good thing is if you can't find what you're looking for there's another location less than 5 minutes away
