This is more for the online store than the store. I purchased an item that told me it would arrive on time in checkout if I purchased overnight shipping. Which I did so I could have the item in time. The order was placed on the 15th but my item did not arrive until the 19th. I called customer service and they did not provide a refund on shipping and told me that regardless of what the cart said, there was nothing they could do for my inconvenience. I also had to return the said item since it did not arrive on time. Left a BBB complaint as well. Thank you for not helping me whatsoever.

Store is wall to wall packed with stuff. I like some of their Halloween merchandise. They have a ceiling full of throw blankets lol, I've never seen that before.

I was treated very harshly because of I threw away my Cinnabon trash in there trash can they then handed me the trash back told me I couldn’t do that so I sat it down and started browsing the rest of the store the lady then rudely interrupted me and handed me the trash reporting that I ethier leave to store or leave the store throw it away I could… this is the worst experience I have every had

I went in with my family and we were recording are family vacation as we were walking around stores in the mall. They told me I needed to shut my camera off and that I couldn't record in a public place ! Not only that the staff were horrible won't be going there again

Picking and choosing who they let film in a public place says a lot about them. Big influencers can do it easily but those smaller ones trying to get there cant..? Weird and unfair behaviors.

Found me a last minute cartilage earring back since the back of mine came off (the ball). Too bad there was literally only 1 option for a ball. It was expensive too. And super ugly. (Who puts teeth on a cartilage earring?)

Saw a famous TikTok/youtuber get kicked out for filming but let another one film not long ago sounds like they pick and choose who they want 😑 do better
