Adultmart

Very nice place. Plenty of novelty items. Videos and personal items at very reasonable prices in stock! Why wait for mail order when you can get it right here. The help was very professional and polite. The only one in cleveland Ohio. Do stop in.

The large female with all the tattoos was very very rude! Telling me my purchase was not smart n won't last past 2 weeks. Needed cleaner n batteries but she didn't offer. Her hygiene was also sour as she walked past me. Won't be going back I'll stick to online.

Carded us as we entered the store. Very bad attitudes and followed us around the entire time and kept interrupting us with questions. Another customer came in while we were there and didn't get carded. Overall we were treated very poorly and will no longer be shopping at this location.

Drove by thought I would call to get a price on an item called twice the phone ring for 3 minutes before they hung up horrible customer service the parking lot was empty I don't understand why the phone wasn't answered

Going in for the first time with my lover was a fun experience as soon as we enter we were greeted and was made aware of products we were interested in.

will never be shopping here.

went to Adultmart a while ago and that’s not something I feel comfortable doing but I was assisted by paulet she made me feel comfortable with asking questions and joking to make me not so embarrassed I’ll definitely be back and they have a great selection!
