Intimate Ideas of Clinton Township

I was sold a product with a defect and broken accessory. It is a manufacture issue, but none the less you should stand by the products you sell and inspect your inventory before sale. When I came to the store to address the issue the sales associate went to the managers in the back room to present the problem and they just brushed it off. I was then told that since it was so long ago there is nothing they can do other than offer 20% off a new product. The sale was less that 30 days prior and instead of looking into it and helping the associate to resolve the issue they decided to just sit in the back office. There were no other customers in the store which leads me to believe that they should have prioritized coming out to talk to me and make sure that I had all the necessary resources to make a claim with the manufacturer. It all comes down to bad moral and not caring which is abundantly obvious. Very disappointing to say the least.

The boyfriend and I gave this place a look, and we had a great visit! It's only been open a few months and is very spacious and clean within. Very easy to navigate and explore. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Already planning more trips. Lots of great adult toys and products, go get your play on!

Super clean store! Just opened recently, the girl that worked there last Wednesday (Aug 11) was super friendly and helpful. They have a wide variety of items and they test your goodies before you leave so you know they work. Will be going back soon ❤❤ They also have discount days, Tuesdays =Men; Wednesdays =Ladies.

Nicholas went above and beyond helping me and my boyfriend find the best toys for our needs. Will definitely be recommending him to my Friends, he also had amazing customer service!

Jessie is new there and did really great with me today appreciate her patience

Terrible store with terrible management. Avoid if you can!

Incredible nice and knowledgeable staff 🙂
