Barnes & Noble

I visited this location recently and my 4 year old daughter was playing with a book I was going to purchase for her and a woman employee with long brown hair in a pony tail and glasses angrily walked over to my daughter without saying a word to me takes the book out of my daughters hands and brings it over to the register where she proceeded to talk about us to her coworker. She did not even ask me if I was purchasing the book she just took it and left so I obviously didn’t purchase the book. Worst customer service/ experience I’ve ever had in a store. I’m completely disappointed by this employees unprofessional actions and I will tell my friends and family not to do business with the company ever again as I certainly will not return to this location. Company’s need to do better with training their employees on customer service. Disgusting behavior from a grown woman.

Outstanding yearly Christmas with Santa story time. My first time and a beginning of many more. The staff is so professional and courteous and really interactive with the children. Truly Thankful to Barnes & Noble for what they do! Please bring your kids to this place a really family place.

This place is well stocked with usually the most recent or top books and products. Its near a college so anything hobby related is sometimes sold out, but they are always happy to order more. I have to stop in every time im in the area. The staff have always been helpful.

They have a wide selection of books and magazines, plus they have table top RPG books for games like dungeons and dragons. They also have a Good selection of Board games.

I think it's the smallest Barnes & Noble I've ever been to, they do have a nice children's section, no coffee bar though. Bathroom was very clean.

Smaller B&N. Friendly staff. I found some useful books in business, self help and personal growth which I was looking for

The staff are always super knowledgeable and kind , they were super patient with and accommodating to my child who has Autism and the manager even used finger spelling ASL to answer my deaf sister's questions. It's always spotless, well organized and well stocked. They even keep the bathrooms clean which is difficult when open to the public. Although there's no Café it's still one of my favorite places to retreat to. I love that I can sit and read a book as if I visited the library, but get to enjoy the ambiance and atmosphere much more , sometimes it feels like my escape and I forget it's a store , then get excited when I realize that I can pay for my treasures and take them home to cherish forever
