I always come here for my work outfits. Staff is very helpful especially when I don’t know what I’m looking for. Their suggestions are always top tier! And you get a frequent flyer card if you spend so much which is really easy to do

The service was judgmental, rude, unhelpful and very unwelcoming! 1st time visiting an adult shop with my husband was extremely uncomfortable, demeaning and disrespectful! The judgmental and unprofessional answer, the Hispanic employee, gave to My husbands question about simple nipple tape, was dismissive and left with direct insulting comments. Asking about the stores products only resulted in shockingly inappropriate responses, which had left us feeling extremely uncomfortable, judged and ashamed.. The other young, Caucasian lady working that night, was quiet, did not make any rude direct comments, but did cower behind her inappropriate and opinionated co-worker, in allowing the disrespectful behavior and incorrect answers to continue. BUT I will say that she was helpful in finding products, pricing, and product comparisons. She was very helpful, and gave me direct answers and guidance, chalked up to be a good and professional employee- JUST GET RID OF THAT RUDE HISPANIC GIRL!!!

The service was horrible and the energy of the woman behind the counter was awful. If you don’t want to be at your job just leave, do not take it out on your customers. Learn how to ask for ID without being abrupt and rude. Most of these places check ID upon purchase when the customers are clearly of age. This lady will come up to you and demand you ID without even offering her assistance. I will not be coming here again, I was not impressed at all with the interactions I had here.

Store is well-stocked and well-organized. Employee behind the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. Music playing was not too loud. I would go here over other similar stores.

No stars, the woman behind the counter was as pleasant as her attitude. She was abrupt and rude as if she didn't want to be there. She acted like having customers was a task. This should be a fun store. I know why it was empty. I will take my money somewhere else.v

I love Priscilla’s!! I called looking for something specific and Carrie(I’m so sorry if I didn’t spell your name right girl!) I wasn’t sure what to look for and she immediately knew what I needed. When I got there she recognized my voice and not only took me to the item I asked for but gave me some very helpful advice. I have and will always recommend Priscilla McCalls to everyone I know!!

This place is awesome. They have a little bit of everything for everyone. My husband and I love coming here. We love it so much we've made it a weekly thing to buy at least one of their $10-$20 grab bags. These bags are made from the warehouse but the employees check them at checkout and are so helpful in making sure we dont end up getting lingerie that is the wrong size or duplicate items we've got before. We feel like kids at Christmas time opening them. The store even has plus-size lingerie and items! With the employees we've interacted with, they are very knowledgeable about their items and make you feel so comfortable. Once you step inside, they make you feel right at home. They never make anything feel awkward or weird. Definitely my go-to store.
