Adam & Eve Stores

Staff were very nice & attentive, they tend to my needs. Even asked if I wanted my things held at the front while i continued to shop because my hands were full😆! PHENOMENAL STORE TO SHOP AT! not to mention the great big selection!

They don’t honor their exchange policy . Even if you have a valid receipt. I just tried to exchange merchandise within the appropriate hours and timeframe and they didn’t honor the exchange. The sales assistant was looking for every single opportunity not to exchange the merchandise with me and sale more items to me. Left a bad taste (no pun intended) in my mouth. Whatever…

I hadn't stepped into an adult store for over 15 years and was browsing for something different. A very kind associate named Sara, went out of her way to answer the many different questions that I had regarding the products they carry. Sara was so incredibly helpful that I left with TWO items instead of one🥰 Thank you Sara for all of your help this evening!

Haley was very nice and helped me pick something out for my wife, and set us up a account so we could get some money off the next time i or my wife came in.

Heather was so helpful & kind when I stopped in for a toy and lingerie.. made me feel very comfortable and heard! I needed this positive experience after my divorce and 3 kids. Thankyou so much!! Will be back:))

Anthony & George we're awesome! George was able to find the to products we needed! Anthony gives great advice on the underwear too!

Adam&Eve is amazing, the customer service was great! Jordan the store clerk helped me a lot and gave great insight on the products, many of the products are of a good quality. I highly recommend!😊
