Awful experience from start to finish. The white, bald clerk with glasses is extremely rude, yelling at customers and making the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and unwelcoming. The way he spoke to me even carried a hint of racism, which was deeply unsettling. On top of that, the place is dirty and poorly maintained. It feels neglected and unprofessional. This place doesn’t come anywhere close to APV1 — not in service, not in cleanliness, not in respect for customers. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I found this close to me on my maps and I thought Blockbuster was here in a local form. This is not the case. I was hoping VHS was coming back, but apparently it just stopped in for some head cleaner. Definitely recommend.

I've met some cool people in both the theater and the arcade. The theater definitely needs a makeover though. The seats are very worn and need replacing. I believe it would give it a better ambiance, a cleaner look would be nice. The arcade is cool, but a privacy door would be nice, but it didn't detour me though, watch or be watched makes no difference to me. I used to rent movies from this establishment back in 1985 when I was in Highschool, many moons ago. There seemed to be more merchandise out on the floor, but buying online has taken away from that. I'm glad to see that the place is still going Strong!

I usually find exactly what I’m looking for here, even though I may not know what that is when I arrive. The theater has recently been upgraded with new seats and benches. It’s still a bit on the seedy side, but that’s exactly what I like. I think it’s very sexy.

I used to like coming here to look around and what not a lot. I came all the time and spent a lot of money. I am in no way trying to be cruel or disrespectful with this review , I am sticking strictly with the facts right now. Ever since the woman that is a dark brunette and a bit heavy set, (I apologize for not getting her name—she works nights) started working here, I walk in and I walk right back out any more because the experience inside this establishment now with her present are un-bareable. Just a moment ago, she TWICE not walked but RAN over to the restroom I was occupying, (it’s a single occupancy restroom), and she literally pounded on the door before opening the door really quickly. I had ro raise my voice the second time because I could not believe what was happening. She is situated at a front desk Setup which has a direct view of that restroom—which means she knew that it was occupied. I don’t care what she thought or very inappropriately ASSUMED I was doing inside of there, but regardless—even if I WAS doing something non law abiding or what have you, she holds no authority to single me out and violate my privacy like that. I am a young man and I don’t know what was going on, because she never apologized or explained herself, but I’m left in shock and awe at how unbelievably unprofessional that experience was. I will not be coming back unless she is no longer working there—she takes her job far too seriously and I’ve watched her each time I’m there, she just acts as if she’s the police RUNNING around the facility yelling at people and playing the bad cop. It’s so uncalled for and unwarranted, and it’s unprofessional. Was she discriminating against me for using e restroom? That’s how it felt-it felt as if she didn’t think I deserved to be in the restroom and I’m Not sure if it was because of my race, sexual orientation, what, but that should NEVER be happening. APV I’m very upset at these unacceptable behaviors coming from your night employee, and I will be monitoring this post in the coming week. If I am not offered a satisfactory resolution—then I am contacting the better business bureau to file a complaint against the establishment. I have all the documentation I need and I am poised to take this as far as I need too to get my voice heard and my point across—please hear me out and do something about this because that was so inappropriate she and I’m telling you I have a degree in business—this young lady is BAD FOR BUSINESS and she’s doing nothing but running your loyal customers including myself out of here never to come back. Highly dissatisfied, yet hopeful for an outcome and a positive change to salvage your business before it’s too late. Thank you.

Came here with my girlfriend and there were creeps jumping into the arcade as soon as soon as we go in. And a bunch of dudes were trying to enter the theater when the cashier wasn't looking. Then when we got settled in the booths, dudes would ignore the occupied light one after another, making it difficult to enjoy the experience. We made a complaint at the front counter and were refunded without question. We were told our best bet would be couples night, so we'll try that.

I’ve been here a few times and the staff is always helpful. I stopped coming after this no news that men jump at the sight of a woman but they’re so aggressive. If you could, update the video booths, or atleast install some doors where you can lock as men would stand right outside and even try to come in, even when the light shows that someone is in there.
