If I could give 0 stars, I would. A male employee, who appeared to possibly be a supervisor, approached my 16-year-old daughter and asked for her phone number. She clearly told him she was only 16, and he still proceeded to ask. He appeared well into his 20s. This made her extremely uncomfortable and concerned. I do not feel comfortable bringing my children back here after this experience. I hope management takes this situation seriously and addresses it appropriately.

I came here yesterday. Movie started at 6:35 the movie theater was freezing cold it felt just like outside I spent $210 that was for the movie and snacks in total for 5 people. My kids begged to stay that’s the only reason I didn’t make a fuss. But please don’t waste your time coming here

The owner clearly doesn't care about this place anymore. Covid shutdown was over 5 years ago and you're blaming the trash recliner seats on the chemicals you use to sanitize when I know for a fact the ushers don't sanitize the recliners. Your food selection sucks. You took away pizza and pretzels after Covid and haven't brought them back. This either shows you're just lazy or like i said don't care about this place at all. We need another movie theater to open up in detroit because this is definitely an embarrassment.

We went to the movies there over the Valentine's Day weekend 2026 me and my grandsons we saw two different movies one Friday and one today. They had to see the goat 🐐 before Safeway home 🏡👑👑👌💯💞🎂🎊🎂 plus it was their fathers Heavenly birthday 👑🕊️🕊️🕊️🥀🥀🥀❤️‍🩹

I received complimentary tickets to Bel Air Luxury Cinema on the east side of Detroit and made the trip from across town. It was about a 30-minute drive, and while it’s not my usual theater, I appreciated the chance to try something new. We made some nice memories, though the overall atmosphere felt a bit on the colder side for my taste. It wasn’t especially warm or memorable, but it served its purpose. For me personally, I prefer the vibe and perks at MJR Southfield, where I enjoy free popcorn every Tuesday—whether I catch a movie or not. That said, Bel Air may be a great option for others, especially those nearby.

The movie theater wasn't heated. The room was uncomfortably cold the whole movie. There was also a lot of clutter in the hallways which took away from the atmosphere of the theater. Other than that prices and service were fine.

Extremely disappointing experience. I had a movie scheduled for 8 PM, and when I arrived, the theatre had already locked the doors on us. No notice, no explanation just shut out completely. It’s unacceptable to sell tickets for a showtime and then close early without communicating to guests who paid AND planned their evening. Very unprofessional and frustrating experience.
