Bookie's Bar & Grille

We are here before a Red Wings game and were happy to be able to get a table. We were quickly seated and our drinks and food order was also taken quickly. The food menu wasn't huge but the selection was good. I have the buffalo chicken wrap and my husband had the steak quesadilla. Everything was cooked well. Prices were a bit high, but not outrageous. Overall a good experience.

Stopped in before the Halsey concert at the Fillmore and they were so kind and fast! The lady even directed us to a sip n read wine bar!

The blonde hostess was extremely rude for no reason. We weren’t rude, come here before every Red Wings game, have never been spoken to so rudely. Food was great, our waitress was lovely, but if that’s blonde, ponytail hostess is ever working again, we will not be attending.

Been to Bookies 2 years in a row with our Youth Hockey team prior to Red Wing game. I wanted to do a review as both occasions the service has been above and beyond. It’s never easy serving 10 kids and parents but the staff were very accommodating and patient . All orders were quick and on point. I personally had the All American burger which was very good. Parents loved the beer in a bucket deal. Perfect parking on site as well for the game.

The Food is Awesome ALWAYS Great Service. One of our favorite servers is Leah ALWAYS making sure you get what you want or need. But honestly we have always got excellent service.

I was seated in Jamie’s section and she personally went behind the bar and made my drink! Her service was beyond excellent! She was polite, attentive, and an exceptional bartender/server.

I was in need of some good food and some AC after the Tigers game and did not disappoint. Wings and chilli were killer. Brandon was a beast behind the bar and was greeted with super friendly vibes from Spank the security guy. It was just what the doctor ordered. Have to siesta but prolly will check out the night scene.
