Detroit Specials Used Books

Had a really great experience at this bookstore. I was looking for one book specifically, Maldoror by Comte de Lautreamont. The owner knew exactly what I was referring to and knew right where it was. The store has a very diverse selection and I ended up walking out with a whole box of books that I am very excited about. To top it off I really enjoyed the cats in the store, so cute and friendly.

Don't be fooled by the unassuming front of the store, this place is great. The owner is so friendly and provided us masks and the cats are charming. The selection of books was vast and the prices were fair!! Huge haul here today 🙂

lovely used bookstore! prices are very fair, and i adore that masks are still required. very wide selection of items! the shop cats are an added plus.

Super cool bookstore, the owner was kind enough to sort out some things and show me an excellent assortment of art books, children’s books and various pulp novels. Great selection and amazing prices!!
