The store associate Molly was adaptable to my every level of need and respected me where I was at. This helped me feel secure with my purchases in the store and turned out to be great products. This store was amazing!! Myself and my partner went early one morning and not only did Castle Megastore have exactly what we were looking for, but there was a very wide selection. Molly was an incredibly kind, welcoming and knowledgeable Associate. Molly made us feel welcomed and we will absolutely be coming back here for all our Kinky needs!

It first I was a little nervous and felt totally awkward since I have had negative experiences at other stores. But Castle is different! I was welcomed and Aaron made me feel comfortable and was truly interested in helping me find what would suit me best. He is so nice, knowledgeable, patient, and put me at ease. I had a great experience at Castle and highly recommend them! Amazing selection too!

The staff was incredible today. We had a list of toys we wanted and they quickly had them ready for us. They were helpful in finding other fun accessories and they were clearly enjoying their work. They made for a great experience with complete openness and no awkward shyness or judgement.

Me and my husband went to this store and I was skeptical at first because last time I went to a store like this the vibe was super creepy and I was not comfortable at all. So I was hesitant! But they were very kind! We browsed and shopped for an hour and they answered all our questions and even gave recommendations which lead us to buy even more! they gave us privacy which was great, becuase I hear so many stories of the employees down your neck when your really just trying to enjoy you time solo or with your partner. So me and my husband were really able to enjoy just the two of us during this experience,It was an expensive trip but definitely do not regret it! Will definitely be returning!
