I was just shamed and chastised for requesting a female clerk. Don’t visit this store. Terrible customer service. Terrible staff. Terrible ambience and not welcoming whatsoever. The manager has an agenda against heterosexual customers.

Blonde curly girl beware ! Lady was very rude and basically rushed us while me and my wife were trying to talk amongst ourselves about who was paying what! I mean you work at an adult store there’s really no reason to act this way! And the whole store was dead no line.

I came here just to get massage oil. Cannot speak for any of the other products. They seemed to have a lot of everything though. What stood out most to me regardless of the purchase was that the store was kept very neat and clean. And the woman working there is also very nice and helpful. She let me try several different scents of massage oil before deciding which one to get.

My fiancé bought me a gift and I called and politely asked "what is your exchange policy" the lady told me that they aren’t allowed to do returns because they can’t tell if something has been used. Which is okay I get that and I said "okay I just wasn’t sure because of the policy for online is different" the lady then proceeds to say " well your husband should have seen we don’t do exchanges or returns, have a nice day" in the rudest tone I have ever experienced through customer service. Will never go back to this store. I recommend only buying online. Really disappointed in the way this store's customer service specifically.

Lights on. Doors locked. No one answered the phone an hour after they were supposed to be open. No signage saying otherwise. Wish I could've shopped here.
