Cross Creek Mall

Giving this mall only one star because on Friday night January 2, 2026, around 6:00 PM, I visited this mall. Went into the restroom in the food court and it was filthy and smelled very bad. It was as if that restroom had not been cleaned for a long time. Some of the soap dispensers were even empty. I saw a male and female janitor standing in the food court conversing. I asked who was responsible for the women's restroom in the food court. The male spoke up and said "she is". I stated, "That restroom is nasty and it doesn't make any sense that it's in that condition." She then made a statement about her workload being heavy. I had a seat at one of the tables just to see what would happen next. She continued to lightly sweep around the tables as if she was working. I turned around and looked at her. Then she proceeded to the restroom. She was in the restroom for about 3 min. And came back out to the food court to continue lightly sweeping around the tables. See the pictures to see what i saw.

This might be one of the most interesting malls I have ever been to, the experience walking into the food court was interesting to say the least, tons of pan handlers just about guide you all the way into the mall. Once in the mall you will find a decent offering of stores and places to eat in the food court, the mall is relatively clean, however there is a dated slightly dingy feel to the place. Overall I guess it's a good place to get in and get out for a few small things and maybe a quick bite to eat, this probably explains why there was plenty of parking!

Got a tattoo here a few years ago and some jewelry last year. I don’t go as much as I used to but definitely had a ball here all the time. Has all the essentials a mall should have.

This mall has decent store selection but it is an older mall and some of the character (patrons) are suspect (Creepy). But you can get most of what you are looking for in your typical mall environment.

Really good mall, lots of places to shop around at and overall just had a nice kind community😀

I love going to the mall it has everything u need and want for all ages and lots of food and everything else

Shout out to the amazing security guard that helped me and my family out last night!! This mall has always been well maintained and clean in the inside. Plus! This mall has the BEST FAMILY BATHROOM I HAVE EVER SEEN!!! 2 of my 3 (young) kiddos had to go #2 yesterday. Thinking how I was going to manhandle the situation, then I saw the sign for the family bathroom. Inside were 2 toilets in a single room, an adult sink and a smaller sink for kids, AND it had a really nice seating area, and was well decorated!! I wish every family bathroom was like this! This was exactly what I needed in that moment! We really enjoy coming to this mall whenever we are in town. ❤️
