wonderful and very attentive customer service. I can find most adult toys and lingerie online and maybe even find it cheaper but there was NO WAY that a lower price tag could beat the quality and care We received shopping in Up4drea when i stopped in the other day. The store had been recommended in the past but this was my first time shopping and i was very happy with my experience. To be able to see the quality of the items before i buy is really important.They also had a Great selection. Will shop again and would highly recommend.

Staff is very helpful "above and beyond"👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾however my review is based on store policy. I spent 1.5 hours trying to find an item finally made a purchase and at no time was I told of a state law that "forbids returns" of any item purchased in an adult store. The very next day when I tried to return the item (which is cheaper online) is when I was directed to an obscure sign posted on the front door.

Just luv this place!! Staff is warming, welcoming and very knowledgeable! Was initially nervous to visit the store but quickly found it to be judgement free space, allowing for free expression of one’s true identity. Highly recommend everyone to stop by and check out it, you won’t regret it.

This is the BEST lingerie store! I love the atmosphere and the variety of products. I always get lucky seeing Drea on my visits. She is so welcoming and very knowledgeable to what I’m looking for. She goes beyond and above for me!
