Dusty's

Mandy & Morgan are incredible! They make you feel welcomed from the get-go. This store has a Red Room! There's a little something for everyone at Dusty's. Prices are reasonable. Staff is outstanding. They do carry überlube. Support local businesses.

Great selection and reasonable prices. Had a bit of a billing issue. Left a negative review the owner reached out almost immediately we got on the phone got it resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend.

I will never shop at any Dusty’s ever again and I encourage everyone else to save your money. I read online that I was able to return lingerie as long as it still had tags and was returned within 30 days. I bought a slip dress from here and took it home and the bra cups were just off so I took it to the store and they wouldn’t accept the return. I definitely can understand why they don’t accept some returns, but what I bought was just a dress. Apparently their in store policy is different from their online purchase policy. It’s not explained that way on the website and the only way I know that is because of the multiple back and forth emails I’ve sent. They said I wasn’t able to return the dress but in the same email told me to bring it to return to them and they would offer in store credit? Makes absolutely no sense to me. I denied the store credit. I never want to shop at any of their stores again. I’m not returning the item if I’m getting nothing in return. There are plenty of better stores out there that have a pretty good idea of what their policies are.

I have recently went to Dustys to look for some cute lingerie for a babymoon. I am a bigger woman also pregnant. The lady who helped me and made me feel absolutely comfortable in my skin was Mandi. She was very helpful and insightful when it came to picking out what to choose, she was so fun and sweet. Gave me lots of pointers and I really appreciate her help and generosity and patience as I am very picky when it comes to my body. She made me feel so confident I couldn't wait to go home and check out my goodies. MANDI IS A KEEPER!!!!!!

Wow just went in to by a gift, as well as look at other items and employees wouldn't trust me to hold onto an item I picked up. They asked me several times just because i was alone and assumed i would steal it. They better be glad I purchased anything at all to begin with. Won't be back very rude individuals.

It's ok just didn't have what I was looking for. I was looking for a sexy dress to wear out

Their employees are amazing here. Always very helpful. I do wish they would get new lingerie in more often and panties. Very clean store
