I bought an item that was worn out and damaged when used once. I called to get a replacement or a refund. They will not give me a replacement or a refund. Tried on the item and it broke. It was an item that was on a a manaquin that had been discontinued by the previous owners of the store. It was not in a box or any warranty. I was just disappointed that I had no resolution to an unfair situation.

This place is huge, they have a massive collection of toys and clothing and everything you need to engage in serious love making or any kind of consensual fun. The young blonde attendant was incredible, professional, knowledgeable and completely elevated my shopping experience. It's hard not to feel embarrassed in places like this but she made me completely comfortable. Will definitely return.
