Lucky Strike Fullerton

Do not come to this location with your family or friends. This company has terrible management and employees. I drove 40 mins to this Bowlero with my family attempting to bowl and was refused service upon arrival after communicating with somebody over the phone regarding a Groupon I purchased and they claimed that it was going to be accepted. The guy at the front desk was going to help and accept the Groupon I purchased in advance, however, a woman who was short and chopped with pink hair, who I believe was his manager came in out of nowhere and cut the man off and very rudely said they were not gonna honor anything that one of their employees said over the phone.

We stopped by bowlers on a raining day after going to the Cerritos one with wait time of 2 hrs and thank goodness we decided to drive to Fullerton. We had such a great time bowling with the family. We did have a 45 min wait but it was a Saturday and it was expected. The pricing is also good. 10 bucks per person per games plus price of shoes.

Our experience started off good, but it ended very badly. My wife, my two sons, and I were playing five games together as a family. We were in the middle of our last game and almost finished — about 15 minutes away from being done — when an employee came up and told us we had to immediately move to a different lane so they could clean ours before tournament players arrived to practice. I calmly explained that we were almost done and would be leaving shortly. Instead of being understanding, the employee was rude, demanding, and completely disrespectful. The way he spoke to us was unacceptable and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It also felt like this place prioritizes regulars and tournament players over new customers. As a family just trying to enjoy our time together, we did not feel valued at all. Paying customers should not be treated like an inconvenience, especially when they are almost finished with their game. What started as a nice family outing turned into a very negative experience. Because of how we were treated, we will not be coming back.

Had our company Xmas party here. It was nice and clean. The staff were all very nice and very helpful. Had a bunch of food that was actually pretty decent. The hot wings however must have had msg in the sauce. Msg is not my friend and makes my joints ache. Thanks for everything

Bowlero is a fun place to spend a few hours, whether you’re with friends or family. It’s usually busy, but surprisingly, the crowd never feels overwhelming or disruptive — there’s always a lively, energetic vibe. The music is consistently good, and the movies playing on the screens add to the great atmosphere. I’ve never had any issues getting there — the roads, parking, and general setup are convenient and hassle-free. That said, there are a couple of areas that could use improvement. The pizza is definitely underwhelming — honestly, you could get better and cheaper from places like Domino’s. Also, the restrooms could benefit from more frequent maintenance. Despite those downsides, it’s still a solid spot for a fun night out. If you’re looking for good vibes, decent lanes, and a place to hang for a couple hours, Bowlero delivers.

Had a great experience! This has been my childhood bowling place and I was there last night with my husband and family and it was so much fun. The staff checked up on us to make sure we were doing fine. Definitely will be returning !

I had a great time bowling and really enjoyed the overall experience. However, I was disappointed with the pizza service. The pizza we received was lukewarm, the bread was tough to chew, and it was noticeably greasy. It also took nearly an hour for our food to arrive, and it seemed like our order may have been overlooked, especially since the table next to us received their pizza hot and fresh. I hope this was just an isolated issue, as the rest of the visit was very enjoyable.
