The nasty of nasty on everything especially the old rude "owner" then people wonder why their store is not successful. He has zero customer service skills and will say you can't read? Where do u give zero stars?? As I paid he started being rude I said can I get refund haven't even paid for 30 seconds and he said no learn to read.. please fellow gays do give this place any business.. Reply: bro take a look long and hard at your reviews and think about how you are perceived by your customers. I came from out of town and never been to your place and you were as nasty and rude as one can be!! Hope you will treat yoir customers better then have in the past according to the reviews..

The staff is very friendly, if you have any questions on a product,they will take the time to answer to the best of thier knowledge. Never been in the booths, so I can't leave a review for them. Prices are fair, never had a bad experience and I never felt they were being judgmental .I would recommend .

Worst place I've ever been to. The man was very rude. Not helpful at all. Very disrespectful. Not costumer friendly horrible I wouldn't recommend anyone ever step foot in there its run down looks like Crack shack outside and inside. Was refused service due to being a woman.

Friendly staff. Was able to answer any and all questions that I had. I will definitely be going back again. Might check out the arcade on my next visit

The employees are rude and disrespectful, the place is a randown dive, the movies are old and of poor quality (no new releases at all, not even one!), they never change the movies in the arcade, and because it's soo lame it's always deserted!

Had a few good experiences there.
