I bought a loungefly from there yesterday and this isn’t the first one from there. Anyways for some reason this time the lady decided to rip the paper out of the bag & throw it in the trash. Left it unzipped & all so it could get bent up. Some People collect these and display them. Maybe teach them not to do that considering these bags are almost $100 as well.

Still the best alternative culture store. Fortunately hasn't changed. Lots of great piercing jewelry, funny shirts, paraphernalia of different sorts, adult toys, games, and outfits, posters, incense and gag gifts. Something for everyone (over 13). Friendly staff. Chill environment.

Cool store but the rude, unhelpful staff ruins it. I was in there last week and going to buy a shirt but none of the employees seemed interested in helping, they were just talking to each other, so I tried to get the shirt down from an upper rack and used a pole they had hanging nearby to reach it (there was no sign that said not to use said pole) at which point an employee suddenly leapt into action, sprung over and took the pole, then scolded me for using it. However, never once did they offer to continue helping me reach the shirt so I could purchase it. Because of their rude service I simply took notes on my phone of what I liked then went home and purchased it all online. There is literally nothing in the store you can't easily purchase online so why put up up with rude employees who are so adverse to working that they'd rather be rude than lift a finger to help a customer check out? If this is what retail is like in 2022 I'd much rather the mall close and let Amazon have my money.

Good selections Only put 4 instead of 5 stars due to the employees hovering over me. I wasn't trying to steal nor looking as such. So I don't know why they had to stand next to me while I was trying to shop. I'm over 30 lol I'm not a child

Love this store and always have...lots of stuff to choose from for gag gifts or just gags. I will say that I might have outgrown some of the items though as lots were japanese animated series type stuff.

Nice place. Great to pick up party games and gag gifts. Has lots of body jewelry and lanyards. Also has sexual toys, lingerie and other products in the back. Tshirts, hats, purses and wallets with all kinds of characters on them are for sell. They also have a buy four tshirts and get a 5th one free card . Not to bad on prices and most of the time has some kind of sale going on.
