Chuck E. Cheese

I justed wanted to share how great our experiences have been at this location. We've been coming here for a little over 6 months (1-2 times per month) and every experience is good. The staff, especially Tanica, have always been friendly, helpful, and great with the kids and other patrons. Our food has always been good and made with minimal wait. We routinely have someone in our group with a dietary restriction and they've never had an issue with cross contamination and their pizza always tastes wonderful. We come on Friday nights, which can be hectic but I've never felt like we weren't important compared to the parties that are being hosted. We really enjoy the environment created by the whole team. I just thought it was important to share.

We were attending a birthday party and kids had fun playing games. Place smells of mildew and mold as soon as you walk in. Women's restrooms had leaking toilets and according to staff, that's usual. Carpet was sticky in the "birthday party" area. New "attraction" play area needs separate admission at $10 per child with party and $15 w/o party in addition to everything else. Even with handwashing prior to eating, our child developed gastrointestinal symptoms after our visit. We will be avoiding it in the future.

Staff was friendly. Place looked really clean. Only saw one game not in service. Pizza was pretty good. Chuck E. was out quite a bit for photos. Kids had a great time. The play area especially was a hit. We will be back for future celebrations.

Just went today with my two sons and had a blast. Its not quite as cool as when we were kids but then again, nothing is lol. Good service all around Jennifer at the front was very helpful explaining the membership to me. After getting my pizza I asked the boy with the dyed hair how to pause my card and he was quick to help me. Love coming here, always a good time.

We just moved to the area and of course had to check this chuck e. cheese out for some fun time! With that being said, we will definitely be coming back. The staff was SO nice and accommodating, my wife accidentally dropped half of our pizza on the floor and the manager came back asking if we wanted a box and I explained what had happened. 🤦🏽‍♀️😂 She came back in about 10 mins with a fresh new hot pizza, so we can fully enjoy. The cooks were just as nice and understanding! I truly appreciated everyone there and we will be returning soon. Very spacious and clean atmosphere. We went on a sunday afternoon and it wasn’t too crowded, and all the games worked well.

The Chuck E Cheese birthday crew had 15 birthdays in one day and they absolutely were the best hosts. Had everything organized and in order!

My 6 year old had a fabulous time visiting Chuck E Cheese in Hampton. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The games were very enjoyable and he loved the photo booth! He had an amazing time at the trampoline and ninja course. Of course, he liked getting his cheese pizza, which was great. He also got blue cotton candy. We spent 6 hours there and he still didn’t want to leave!!!
