Luv Boutique

I always have a great time with all the friendly staff here. The store is super clean. If you feel insecure about yourself, this may not be the place for you—the staff is always smiling, laughing, and joking around in a welcoming way. The customer service is always great. If you ever have an issue, you can bring it to them and they will try to help. In the past, they have helped me with no problems at all.

This store is the worst. A few friends popped in before hitting the strip club next door for our friends birthday. I wanted to buy a bullet vibrator. The saleswoman wanted me to try it out first, so she grabbed the open tester one from behind the counter and turned it on. I had the new unopened box from the shelf in my hands ready to buy, but she took it from me and swapped it with the dirty open tester version, and sold me that one for the full price. I was upset, but didn't make a fuss and left. I figured maybe it was just opened that week. Upon returning home and examining the product, it was dirty and clearly well-handled. After cleaning and using the product less than five times, the battery now only lasts for about 15 minutes. I'm really upset that I have been sold a used defective item from this store that probably hundreds of people have touched, too. I feel really disgusted over this. Beware - do not shop here. What you buy may not be clean and new. Disgusting.

Had a great time staff amazing cleanest acarde play space I've ever seen 👍outstanding

I went in today around 1:30 and the ladies working the desk were amazing! They definitely gave me the confidence boost I needed. Love this spot 🙂

This rating is purely based on the video arcade. It was absolutely trash. Way too dark like I mean to the point but walking into walls. They have solo booths but it’s so dark it’s difficult to even find the door. Not to mention it was flooded with nothing but men. As a straight man ( little bi curious ) I was not satisfied not even close. How ever if you’re pretty curious the men inside the video arcade are definitely on go. If you’d like to have a good time in there again if (curious) it’ll be for you.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. My wife was looking at some product the woman came over and scolded her for opening a box to see if the product was in the box. My wife told her that we did not have money for 60.00 shackles but we are looking (for the record we came with over 300.00 cash but are picky for what we want to buy.) my wife then asked if she could try on a Corset the lady told her unless you are going to buy it then no. She then told my wife that she has no money to buy anything so why would she. My wife was so angry she left and said we are going to leave a review the ghetto lady then replayed good I’ll comment on it. She was extremely rude and I’ll be passing on our story.

The worst customer service we have ever experienced. The girl was mad rude when i ask where is the batroom!! the owner needs to hire kind people with a good attitude because if he continues with this kind of people he will close his business soon! BTW the place is very elegant and discreet!
