Caliente Adult Superstore

Something for everyone! Nice variety with decent price ranges! I’m not sure of his name couldn’t see the tag when I decided was going to do a review but the little old man was great! He used his translator so he could help us! My husband and I thought he was very nice and helpful! He deserves 5 stars all by himself! I will say I had a $203.23 bill I had $202 cash and they didn’t say don’t worry about the dollar! Had to use my card for that $1.22!

Angelica y Damien Amazing service and attention all the way through my visit ! Definitely coming back and highly recommend this store and their service.

This store is so cool and vibrant not only by the graphic pop art style throughout the store but with the associates who were extremely helpful! I came in on Valentines and they had so many cool promos and was able to get some goodies for the partner and I. If you’re into lingerie they have some amazing promotions and also on their supplements. Thanks Caliente for taking care of us!!

I just had the worst experience as a customer in my life..... I went to this store with my husband since we wanted to buy some things for us, we were just getting out of work and obviously I had my purse and he had a bagpack, the ladies at the front were so kind but not 3 minutes in store a bald man like in his 60s came out of a room storming angry for God's know what and screamed at my husband to leave the bag at the front, we had things of considerable value on the bag. I don't know if he thought we were stealing but thats on him, I can definitely say that I make more money than he does and there was NO REASON AT ALL to be treated like that just to buy something that I can definitely buy somewhere else where I can be treated with respect as the decent human being I am, he did not even know how to speak English. Shame on this pathetic man.

Great shop with lots to choose from, very welcoming and informative. Roberto and his colleague welcomed us and helped us find what we needed. The store was clean and welcoming.

Spot Looks great after the renovation. Seems more clean and things are just a little more organize. As always, the selections are great, but definitely the employees are not the same. They know the material that they’re selling super attentive. Angelica was very Helpful. 10 out of 10 service

roberto was extremely knowledgeable and very kind! 1000/10 best employee
