Good collection with a little bit of something for every lifestyle!! I really appreciated the diverse selection of toys for different bodies/genders/etc. Felt very LGBTQ+ friendly and kink positive.

Great place to shop if you and your significant other are looking to spice things up. It’s also a great place for adult friendly gifts. Find all your friends, families, and coworkers birthday, Christmas and promotion gifts. It’s a very clean and organized. Staff is really nice to. I especially appreciate the young black woman sho helped me out with long earrings. Really helped me with my vacation. Me and my boyfriend thank y’all so much .

Susie's is the only store to go to! Every experience is so informative, comfortable, and delightful. Bugs helped me today! Amazing employee! Very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to accomodate based off my preferences. I will always come back. Such a positive experience!

Awesome shop! As a sex educator I like to visit adult shops when I travel. Susie's is super well stocked with a wide selection of toys, lubes, accessories etc. Gwen was knowledgeable helpful, and gave several spiels about different toys etc.

Finally a spot I feel comfortable to shop in, like my college years in the Bay Area. No aggressive sales staff (they pretty much leave you alone after initial greeting/checking of IDs) with a wide variety of any and EVERYTHING!! It’s well lit but definitely geared towards the Waikiki tourist $$ since there’s no clear parking for us locals. I did like how clean the space was though and the staff present were very helpful in both their suggestions of product and in their giving me space to explore on my own. I’ll definitely be back!!

Bought my first toy. Spent 100 dollars and the toy never turned on. We let it charge all day and night and it never worked. Went in to exchange it only to be told all sales are final. I asked for a manager or regional representative phone number to be told they don’t have one. I was given a email and told they may be able to reply. They were very rude and not understanding. This was my first experience in this type of shop. And felt like after they get their money they just don’t care. Really disappointed.

really bad experience. try to buy clothes, but it was too small. only found out after buying it for 33$ since we couldn’t try it on at the store. Cashier wouldn’t let us return it and said "all sales are final." Their attitude was rude as well.
