Bizarre Times

I came to bizarre time today, the prices of the arcade was higher than usual I asked the man upfront saying what happened, and when did the price change have never been here in a while. he answers me with a racist comment saying u immigrant need to go back to ur country. The racist man is calling another black man an immigrant. This establishment is racist do not go to patronize unless the black old man in the front is gone. He is bad business. If you work in customer service and can’t answer polite questions, without always having an attitude then you don’t deserve a job because there are people out there who needs one. Do not go to patronize this place on Richmond ave. immigrants are the people that makes this business what it is, especially people of color. I know somebody who is reading this will agree on what am saying he needs to go. I confronted him politely he said he said what he said. Let this get to the management of this establishment to take proper action. I do not recommend here for anything.

Today's date is March 1 and its 9:24pm. Whoever is working at this time keeps hanging up the phone when I tried calling( I called 7 times) trying to get some info on a few products, I was hoping to buy there just needed to verify that the items were actually there and in stock. The phone was answered 5 seconds silent while I say hello then click. Scared to answer the phone then go home. Give someone else that really needs a job a chance. Instead bizzare gots people working there with no care of the buisness loosing money. Some employees act like cops hold everyone accountable, ban them, embarrass them, humilate them when a rule is broke in the back but cant do there job and answer the phone. Pure hypocrisy. Shouldn't this employee also be held accountable for not doing his job? That is very unprofessional and not how a buisness is ran. Every phone call is important. Not just the ones employees feels like answering. Also its 9:30pm and now the calls are being forwarded to voice mails wow. Trash employee

Typically a fun place with a good vibe and a nice diverse crowd. A particular employee is less than accommodating nor friendly and unwilling to be considerate or understanding.would definitely benefit from a customer relations course.

This place improved. The arcades are more clean and more regulated I don’t see any needles on the floor again because the new rules is you cannot bring bag on the arcade anymore after update of safety measure which is good. They allow Trans people (in my case I’m FTM - female to male) at this location and they do not discriminate people like one location at Highway 6 I had discriminated before. So this place is Trans Friendly 🏳️‍⚧️ and Couple Friendly too. The environment is more relax and no more homeless or strange people at the place. 👍🏼 I’m glad they are improving this place.

I’ve been going here for the last 7 years on and off and it has always been a nice & chill place. When Clay is there, I know all is well. He’s one of the hardest workers... never calls off work, and he has been extremely helpful and professional as well as let’s me know any and all upcoming events going on. You all are lucky to have him on your team!

At first glance it appears like they have a large selection. However it's mostly dated garbage covered in dust. I purchased a toy and when I tried using it, it literally made my skin burn. Be careful.

I Usually Go There For My Poppers, or Honey pack And The Spanish Thick Guy And I Always Get Along. Im Always Respectful When I Go. There Is This Older Guy Who work there And last Night He Cross The Line Being Racist. I Recorded The Ending Of The Racial Remark He Said To Me Around 3:50 Am He Asked me Where I was from I said why? He Said You Africans Always Come Here Giving Us African Americans A Hard time. Listen He have been rude to me A few Times and I let it go but last night was out of line. I don’t see how you guys continue to Allow Him At Y’all establishment. The products yall sell is very expensive having a nasty worker representing yall is unacceptable. I’m tired of his disrespect. He know I’m Haitian so that remark was Out of Line
