I hosted my daughter’s 8th birthday party at Urban Air, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the staff were incredibly accommodating, professional, and genuinely kind. They made sure everything ran smoothly and took care of all the little details so I could just enjoy the day with my daughter. The party hosts were patient and attentive with the kids, and they went above and beyond to make sure my daughter felt special on her big day. The facilities were clean, organized, and perfect for keeping all the kids entertained and safe. I highly recommend Urban Air for anyone planning a birthday party. you’ll get great service, a fun environment, and a stress-free experience. We’ll definitely be back! 🎉💖

Booked a party at urban air in Pearland and it was a disaster. No one knew what they were doing. The place was unorganized and very dirty. I do NOT recommend going to this location. I will say that they did attempt to make it right by giving a small discount; however, it honestly did not make up for the way it was all handled. I still spent nearly $400 for a lousy host, delayed pizzas, and having to rush to get out of the room even though they delivered the pizzas 30 minutes late and did not announce our birthday party to the kids to where they could hear anything. I had to keep asking for them to find the host that was supposed to be helping because she kept disappearing. The people working there really did not know what they were doing at all. This location needs some work and a lot of cleanup.

My host Kaiah J was very professional and made the experience fun. She continually made sure we were comfortable and okay. She came regularly, served food and drinks and even helped us clean the table off. I would recommend urban air to anyone. Great environment, great host and wonderful experience!

From the moment we arrived, she kept everything running smoothly, made sure the schedule stayed on track, and handled all the little details so we could actually enjoy the party instead of stressing. She checked in often, made sure the kids were taken care of, and had a great attitude the entire time. You could tell she really cared about doing a good job and making sure everyone had fun. If you’re booking a party at Urban Air, having a hostess like her makes all the difference. We really appreciated her help and would absolutely recommend this location because of the service we received.

Today I had the opportunity of hosting a party at this Urban air location for the second time and I just wanted to come on here and let you guys know that this location is by far the best location in Houston, my party host Kiera went above and beyond to make sure all my guest needs were accomadated. Not only did she assist with setup but she also made sure to constantly check in with myself and my guest to make sure we were all okay. I would give this location a 10/10 every time every time I come here I am met with amazing customer service and a wonderful respectful staff. Thank you Urban Air Pearland for all that you do.
