Barnes & Noble

This is a nice, big, beautiful store. Tons of books and employees to help. There's a kids section upstairs that has so many great books. They even had a "Meet the Author" there when I was there. He's a 12 year old author signing his book, "Jaxon's Magic Eyes". I ended up buying his book to show support. Turns out, it's a great book. This is one of the best books stores I have been at. The parking lot is large, but sometimes difficult to find an open spot.

Friendly, helpful staff, well coordinated for the author signing event I attended. I was very pleased that the signing was only the cost of the cover price of the book, and included a copy which the amazing man signed. I was only disappointed that they don't have a cafe, even selling bottled beverages would have been welcome. Also the escalators were not working and with the busy event there was a line at the elevator. Stairs aren't an option with my bad hip. But I would definitely attend other events here in the future, possibly when the next book comes out next year?

We went to the Jim Butcher author event today. What a great time!! Priscilla did an absolutely amazing job! The event was so well organized. The entire staff was fantastic. They made sure everyone had everything they needed. One of the BEST book signings I have been to. (I have been to ALOT lol) Also great job to the manager Melinda, who was hands on. Nice to see the team work so well together! Thank you for a great event. So grateful for these events! Jim was wonderful. He answered every question, truly seemed happy to be there. He was so much fun!!

This is the nicest and biggest Barnes & Noble I have visited. They have a huge selection and variety of books and related goods. I really like their kids' section along with their nonfiction catalogs. I highly suggest all families and friends visit here. Thank you, and God bless Barnes & Noble!

This store is so great. There is nothing better than being able to hold onto a physical book while flipping through the pages....old school style. I hope this store stays here for a long time - it is a bummer the starbucks isn't here anymore though. Everywhere is the store is really neat and tidied..except for the children's section...but that is to be expected due to all the kids grabbing stuff off the shelves 🙂 Definitely check out this store..pick up a good book and enjoy.

Reached out today to get some inform regarding a book I was informed. Rachel was the one who helped with the call. However, in trying to get information or see if the eh can check the info for me, her tone over the phone was very annoyed. After asking if she can look it up she gave a sigh and proceeded to lower her tone and say "what’s the title" but in a way that made it seem like it was an inconvenience to even look. I shop here once in a while cuz it’s close by to my work. But I mean, this attitude isn’t necessary to express over the phone with a customer that is just seeking information. I had to call another BN and get some friendly service. Not the best customer service today.

I love Barnes & Noble. Book, records and a Tonka Truck for my grandson all in one place. How glorious!
