My wife and I shop here often. This particular Thursday we purchased 130 dollars worth of items. As usual the lady checked the battery operated item. It worked. But the rechargeable item she never opened. After arriving home we opened the items and found the rechargeable item would not shut off and would not charge. We called they stated we had to call back the next day. We did they said come in after 6 pm. We did they said return on Thursday when the same lady would be working. We did and the say the have a strict no return policy. Tried to explain that it's defective. Yet they still would not exchange. Will never shop there again. Will contact A.G. office the BBB. And an attorney. Just for the principle. And Mo. Law to protect us.

If I could rate lower I would. I came in with my partner a couple weeks ago, and I forgot my ID so we came back today. It was the same lady working, we showed her our ID's and she gave an almost reluctant "OK." We started browsing, we have been to a bunch of local sex shops and it's never been a problem. When we were almost through the store, I overheard the employee call us kids to another customer. We are both over 21. We were walking back to the front and she asked us if we were purchasing anything. I said no, she gave us a rude look, so I told her we have just as much a right to be here as anyone else. She through back in my face that I said we weren't purchasing anything, which we had just decided about 30 seconds prior... She told us not to come back. Very rude, worst experience I've ever had at a sex OR weed related business. I don't think this place wants customers! Don't come here if you look young or you'll get treated like you're a thieving teenager!

Very nice shop. Friendly staff. Helped me and my wife get back in the sack again if you know what I mean 😏

Prices are too high on most items. I think they should reopen the arcade.

Overpriced sex toys. Has a stripper pole for like 300 dollars should be like 90. Everything super overpriced they also had some smoking accessories. Very strange people going in and out I mean they aren’t that strange just real gritty

Have seen this place in passing for a while so we decided to stop. Walking in they have a lot of variety. They do not accept cards but have an ATM if you don’t mind fees. Got 2 items. The electric butterfly came broken and when we tried to put the batteries in they got extremely hot. Have called and been told to call back. Was trying to see if we could maybe just replace the new item. After calling again an old guy said he didn’t know what to do or "who the manager was - they just sign my checks". Shame. We were looking for a place like this but I wouldn’t risk it. There are probably no returns but instead of telling you that they will pass you around or act flippant on the phone. $40 for us to learn not to go there again. It might have a lot of variety but if items are dead out of the box with no refunds it’s gonna be risky spending any money there.

The lady with the white hair is keeping people wanting go it there.they have booths back open they make more money on the booths but she is so rude they need open back door people are discreet places like this.Not everyone goes in there to steal lady you should be fired
