A store like no other. Honestly, no one comes close to this place when it comes to selection. You could furnish an entire house in one trip and still have options left over. From living room to bedroom to patio, they have it all. The staff is everywhere — always popping up right when you need them — but never in a pushy way. Just genuinely helpful and knowledgeable. The financing options make it even better, with easy long-term payment plans that make big purchases feel manageable. And the experience doesn’t stop at shopping — they even have a little onsite BBQ joint, plus the option to grab a glass of wine or a beer while you browse.

Visited the Nebraska Furniture Mart yesterday (February 21, 2026) to look for a new couch, and wow – the place is massive! It's basically a one-stop shop with what feels like endless rows of living room sets, sectionals, recliners, and everything in between. We were specifically hunting for a comfortable couch that would fit our space and style, and we actually found one we really liked after browsing for a while. The sales staff we interacted with were friendly and not overly pushy, which was a nice change from some other furniture stores. They let us take our time sitting on different options, testing cushions, and checking fabrics without hovering too much. Prices seemed competitive, especially with their frequent sales and clearance sections – we saw some solid deals that made us consider pulling the trigger right there. We haven't purchased yet because we're double-checking measurements at home and comparing a couple of similar styles online, but the experience was positive overall. The store is huge, so wear comfortable shoes and plan some time – it's easy to get lost in all the options! If you're in the Kansas City area and need furniture, it's definitely worth a trip for the variety alone. Would recommend for anyone couch shopping. Fingers crossed our new couch works out once we decide!

My new washer and dryer are a much needed upgrade, however I’m disappointed in the customer service I experienced with delivery and installation. I ordered online and scheduled delivery without the assistance of a salesperson. I did not see where I would indicate which way the dryer door should open. After installation we were excited to try our new washer and dryer functionality. The washer does seem to leave clothes pretty wet even when spin max is selected. The dryer works best on time dry but even still we had to run the dryer multiple times. After being disappointed in the dryer not drying we did a little investigation and found that he outside vent was collecting lent. The dryer vent was new and installed by NFM. The only solution we have found is to remove the screen that was catching a significant amount of lint blocking the outside vent. I’m at a loss as to why this is happening. NFM directed me to GE but both did not offer a reason as to why all the lent is not being trapped by the dryer lent trap. Now that my 14 day refund/exchange period has expired, I’m being told that I’m responsible with the chore of reversing the dryer door. Overall my installation has left me with a not so great experience.

The entire process was flawless. Ordering online to updates. They gentleman who delivered our fridge was pleasant and very efficient. Paid for removal and they had it changed out quickly. Thank you so much!

Danny at NFM was very helpful and knowledgeable about the 3D printer my husband and I were interested in. He showed us so much! We had no idea NFM even carried this 3D printer, unfortunately they were out of stock.

Over the last year I've purchased a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a full set of kitchen appliances as an anniversary present for my kids at NFM. With all of those balls in the air, we had a couple of slight bumps in the road but my saleslady Robin and Customer Service ironed them out quickly. (Robin in the KC store is amazing by the way!) The customer service is second to none! The deliveries all went smoothly and the delivery people each time were delightful. I am so happy with my purchases and the level of service I receive from NFM.
