What an amazing experience working with the store manager, Courtney! I have a boudoir photo shoot coming up and needed help finding the perfect lingerie pieces. Courtney was incredibly helpful and made me feel beautiful and confident in everything she picked out for me. I truly appreciate her kindness, patience, and expertise — she made the whole experience comfortable and fun. Thanks to her, I feel even more confident and excited to rock my lingerie at my upcoming shoot. Highly recommend!

I've been a customer for years and never really felt the customer service exchanges were genuine until my last visit, when I was helped by Ashley. Ashley's bubbly personality was a plus, she was also professional, informational and genuinely happy to help. It was a nice visit to the store and I'll definitely be back again to buy something soon.

I walked in honestly not knowing where to start, and that alone can feel intimidating in a sex store. Courtney immediately made everything feel easy and comfortable. She gave great tips and thoughtful recommendations on lubes and vibrators without ever making things awkward or rushed. What really stood out was how engaging and knowledgeable Courtney was not just with me, but while handling conversations with multiple different groups of customers at the same time. She answered questions I wouldn’t normally feel comfortable asking and made the whole experience relaxed, informative, and completely judgment-free. If you’re nervous or unsure walking in, Courtney is exactly the kind of person you hope to get help from.

I definitely enjoyed my experience at this awesome store today. Full of laughs n fun talk. Courtney and Ashley are so dope. My girl is going to be so happy on our honeymoon.

Lexi and heather are professional knowledgeable and present as they inform and share info to be as helpful as possible. They went at my speed and helped me find the perfect items… which worked out better than I hoped for even!!!
