I went into the store on Tropicana last night and the customer service was good unfortunately I left my wallet in the restroom and went home the clerk Went in to check the restrooms to make sure they were clean which they were and he found my wallet so when I retrace my steps and gave him a call, he said he had it that I could pick it up and I told him I said I’m OK I’ll be in later than the afternoon to pick it up when I got to the store around 3 o’clock. This female cashier was like we don’t use that restroom so that’s not accurate and started insinuating that they didn’t have my wallet she called the management and management said they’ll get back with me tomorrow. This is Las Vegas. I need my ID in my credit cards. They have it. They wont give it to me so I called another store and he said a manager was on the phone with them so I went back in the store WOwW she was actually talking on the phone to somebody. I’m assuming it was a manager like they were an actual human being she wasn’t screaming at them. She wasn’t talking over them. She wasn’t disrespecting them. She was actually had to look a concern on her face not how she was with me she couldn’t be bothered with me. She wanted to be out of her store. She looked at me as if I was beneath her. It was completely disgusting and they still have my wallet. I’m going home without my wallet and my credit cards and waiting for them to call me back so I called the store who told me that the manager was on the phone with them and he said that that manager said for me to call the police so I guess I have to go back in a little while and call the police I don’t know Google. I’ll keep you updated.

Serious Privacy Concern – Potential Legal Liability for Customers While shopping in your store over the weekend during the morning shift, my Wife and I witnessed conduct that deeply concerned me as a customer and raised serious questions about privacy, professionalism, and legal exposure. First and foremost, for many customers it is already uncomfortable to shop in this type of store. Some people choose to shop discreetly due to their jobs, personal lives, or family considerations, and expect a reasonable level of privacy when doing so rather than being forced to use online services. During my visit, I observed a young female employee with dyed red and black hair, visible tattoos including on her throat, wearing Ray-Ban smart glasses with built-in recording capability. These glasses are clearly identifiable, and the camera lens is visible. I know this because I saw them firsthand and even commented on them at the time. As a customer, there is no way for me to know whether I am being recorded, whether audio or video is being captured, or where that content could be stored, shared, or posted. This is unacceptable. No customer should be subjected to potential recording by an employee without clear notice, consent, or policy disclosure. The employee was accompanied by another woman who appeared to be in a managerial or supervisory role. During my time in the store, this individual openly discussed internal problems, employees she wanted to remove, and general complaints about the company—conversations that were entirely inappropriate to have in front of customers. While her tone was calm, the content was unprofessional and concerning. I have shopped at this location only a limited number of times over the past couple of years, yet there appears to be constant turnover, inconsistent dress standards, and a lack of professionalism. There is no apparent uniform policy, and the atmosphere is markedly different from another nearby location offering the same products, where pricing may be slightly higher but the environment is professional and consistent. To be very clear: store security cameras for theft prevention are expected and understood. However, that does not give any employee the right to personally wear recording devices capable of capturing customers without consent. This creates a significant privacy concern and opens the business to serious legal liability, including potential lawsuits if customers are recorded or posted online without their knowledge. Ownership and management should address this immediately. At minimum, there should be a strict policy prohibiting employees from wearing recording-capable devices while on duty. As it stands, this employee has already created potential exposure for the business. Shoppers, please be aware: employees at this location are wearing Ray-Ban smart glasses with visible cameras. You may be recorded without your knowledge or permission. I am sharing this because it is a genuine concern. Customers deserve privacy, professionalism, and basic respect. Until this issue is addressed, I would strongly encourage shoppers to consider alternative locations.

A sizable store with a large variety of options. If you don't find what you're looking for here, there's a good chance you wont find it anywhere else. Their vast selection is reasonably priced when compared to other places.The customer service is also solid. The staff are helpful and non-judgmental. A highly recommended stop if you're in the market for these products.

The Adult Superstore had an amazing variety of toys, and the store was very clean and easy to navigate. The staff are an absolute joy to talk with, very friendly and very comfortable and easy to talk with! I found myself sometimes just asking questions for the sake of chatting, it's such a friendly and comfortable atmosphere in the store. They had lots of interesting recommendations for me, as I am big and tall which can heavily limit certain things I enjoy due to durability of some items, but their ideas to work with that were extremely clever! Absolutely top notch service. I'll definitely be coming back here when I'm in the area! The only thing that can be confusing for first time visitors will be how to properly go to the second floor. But that is neither here nor there. They make it clear how that works! Please, do yourself a favour. If you're curious about this shop, go check it out, it's well worth your time! Went in to get a small bullet. Before I purchased Miguel opened to make sure it work which it didn't told me to get another one at first that one wasn't working but then it did work he missed with it for a minute then I made my purchase. Got in the car to check it again and it didn't work so I went back and told Miguel it still doesnt work he then had me get another one he checked it worked for a second and then turned off and wouldn't turn on again asked for refund because by now we have got thru 4 of them that didn't work so this is obviously a defected device, then some young 24 kid started telling me there is nothing he can do and basically oh well that we sold you a defected item...I then asked for the manager name and phone#, got another one and he said no that I have to take the defected item he was so rude, he really pissed me off...I have called the manager and left a message. It isn't even about the money now it is the principal of things like your products suck and now I will never step foot in this store.

Love this store. Walking in you’re greeted. The layout is spectacular, organized and well stocked. Felt like there was an endless amount of items here for everyone’s needs. Upstairs there is their clothing section. The lady who helped me was restocking and provided assistance when asked; not hovering over me which may make one feel uncomfortable. Did not feel pressured at all. She even offered to make sure one of my products was operating before I left. Great service, great selection, great prices.

Large selection of toys but after spending over $150 on 2 - one was defective out of the box even after the attendant told us they couldnt verify it would work because it had to charge first. Second one didnt last through our first session and broke within a few minutes. I support local business but bad products and a no refund policy makes my return unlikely
