My husband and I had an incredible experience at Déjà Vu Love Boutique thanks to Destiny and Violet. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel welcomed and respected. Their professionalism and warmth created a comfortable atmosphere that’s rare to find in any retail setting. Destiny and Violet took the time to understand what I was looking for, offered thoughtful suggestions, and never rushed the process. Their dedication to customer service was truly exceptional—they were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I left satisfied and confident in my choices. I’ve been curious about a store like this with an arcade or theater for a while. Reading the reviews this sounds like maybe the best place for a first go? As a Cis woman, would I be safe coming to try it out alone? Or should we plan for my fiance to come with? And is there a better time or day of the week? Lol. I have so many question all the way down to what to wear. So any advice (from the owner here) or on X from anyone who’s been or has thoughts would be oh so appreciated. Large selection, open 24/7, easy to locate because of their big bright signage. Some locations double as a strip club. Store locations offer all types of adult fun toys and entertainment for all interests and genders. During my visit to the Sammy Davis Jr. Dr store, I was overcharged for an item I purchased. I didn’t notice until I got back to my hotel room. I called the store and spoke to a manager, explaining I noticed a discrepancy between the price tag on the item and the receipt charge. The manager was apologetic and took down my information. They said I could return to the store at my earliest convenience and they would correct the mistake. When I returned to have the overcharge credited back to my account, I was surprised with a goodie bag filled with additional toys and future purchase discounts. I didn’t appreciate the overcharge, however I appreciated the professionalism in correcting the mistake.

I’m not sure if this lady is racist or just hates her job. I came in looking for a pair of thongs to wear under my outfit. While she initially tried to help, her attitude was so nasty that I decided I’d rather help myself. Things escalated when I asked her a question and she snapped, "You have headphones in, why do you even care?"—even though I could clearly hear her. When I called out how unprofessional she was being, she actually threatened to call the police on me. She’s the manager, which is even more disturbing. I genuinely feel bad for anyone who comes here to shop—she will ruin your experience. She clearly doesn’t want to be there. I’ll be warning others on BBB and other platforms. ‼️

I absolutely love this store! They have the best products and really great prices and everyone who works there is incredibly helpful! It makes all the difference. Haley and Tricia have both helped me and they really go above and beyond to make sure that I get exactly what I’m looking for! The manager, Kristen, is the absolutely best!

Not a fan of the adult theater, they charged us single guy rates, one couple and one girl and we paid the same price as the single guys. Will NEVER go back. No couples in there but I cant imagine why not if they are priced the same. Adult world 10x better for couples and women

This review is in 2 parts, store and theatre. We visited the store on November 23 around 7pm. There were two wonderful people there that were attentive, knowledgeable and so fun to shop with. They are the only reason we gave this review ANY stars. We returned on November 25 at around 10pm. The person who helped us (gorgeous eye makeup) was as helpful as she could be. We paid $8 per person. I asked for rules and info before going in. I was told only to "be respectful" and that NO personal items were allowed in. We brought a blanket and wipes but were not permitted to take them in. We entered the theatre area. There are two larger theatres and several smaller arcade booths. They were dingy and dirty and there was an overwhelming cinnamon smell.The theatre we chose had vinyl couches. They were covered in fluid with discarded napkins on the floor. I asked the people at the store if they had anything to clean. They said they didn’t but someone comes in once per day to clean. I asked if we could take in our blanket to sit on. That was a no. I asked if we could take in the wipes I brought. Also a no. I asked for a refund. You guessed it, a no. We left anyway. If you choose to go, I suggest making sure your shots are up to date and you have no immune deficiencies.
