John's Incredible Pizza - Las Vegas

The food was amazing, service awesome and it was so much fun. Bumper cars and fun little rides. Miniature golf was awesome

Crappy pizza and other institutional style food, if you you can call it that. The games are not part of the really expensive door charge. You need to then buy a card and put game tokens on it. Then the games are all different amounts of tokens, 3 or 5 or whatever. On a positive note, the games are decent, they all seemed to be working well and there were a wide variety of things to do. In closing, I think you kid will enjoy the time spent there.

Disappointed in the recent visit we had at this establishment. Not very many pizza options to choose from. The salad bar could be better with more greens. The seating was ok. I purchased a birthday package and they didnt provide games or a Host. They said that they did not have one available. Food tasted worse than frozen pizza. There is no fried chicken and no potatoe circles. I waited 30 minutes to go on a ride due to poor management.

I cant recommend this location enough!! The staff was extremely friendly and genuinely seemed to enjoy making this experience a fun and safe one for the kids. My family enjoyed everything and communication was consistent in every area of the establishment. Food was served quickly and when needed to pay for gameplay, I was helped quickly. As crowded as it was, it didn’t feel crowded due to no long waiting and the same consistent care throughout the night. Whoever runs this establishment definitely puts care into what goes on and cares enough to make their employees care too and it shows! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!! Will definitely be back.

Terrible Experience! First they didn’t have all of the food as advertised and the food they did have was terrible! They had a cheese sauce that still had chunks of powder because someone was too lazy to stir it up. Second was the worst part, at the end of the night when it was time to get the prizes, two of my kids got their stuff done but then as the third was getting his prizes, the scanner quit working. Even though they had already combined the card totals and knew exactly how many tickets he had left they refused to give him his prizes. They claimed their system shut down due to closing but they already had the total and just had scanned to get the other kids their prizes. They said we would have to come back another day. I was very upset as you can not give two kids their prizes and deny the third in the same family as that creates a disaster. I requested a manager which took forever and when Bernard who was the manager came he was very rude, disrespectful and said there was nothing he could do. He said I could just take it up with corporate. Eventually after I pushed back and he could see I was upset he gave my kid less than he had credit for but let him get a prize. What a terrible way to treat children and families when you are in a kid business.

Came for the nostalgia, I grew up with the San Diego location so when I saw there was one in Nevada I had to go during my stay! The staff were pretty rude except for like one, the food was good, the games were fun not the same games I remember from the San Diego store but fun, and the rides were just what I remember! Nostalgic and fun!! The incredibear never came out which I was looking forward to 🙁 The card was extremely hard to swipe on some of the games, and it seemed that not all games would accept it The prices are way too high in my opinion, why is there a fee to go in?! Chuck E. Cheese doesn’t do that.. I would recommend going though, it’s nice fun

We've been here four visits now and I am now reviewing. I thought I already had - anyway, the staff is the friendliest and kindest, which is great when it comes to kids and stressed parents and grandparents. I always seem to be full of questions when it comes to using my points, coupons, etc. For the best deals, so having an attendant assistance is most appreciated!! The ride attendants are super cool in providing a fun experience for all. My grandsons absolute favorite are the bumper cars! I even drove them - twice! So fun!! Getting in and out of the bumper cars is a challenge for elderly like myself as its a tight fit! I'm not obese but just challenging due to arthritis lol The buffet was decent. Our favorites are the chicken nuggets, noodles, baked potatoes, and ice cream. Our grandgem loves the chocolate cake too. Bathrooms are kept stocked and clean which helps when it gets busy especially. In the four times we've been there, this past Saturday early afternoon was the busiest. There were lots of birthday parties and people, yet we had a great experience and our grandson got to do everything he wanted. He even won 500 tickets on hitting the hammer just right. He was so delighted! Thank you to a man who did it once to show us it could be done!! Our grandgem chose a bow and arrow set as a prize with his tickets earned and we've had fun using it at home! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 just leaving room for improvement. Thanks for the fun and reasonably priced, except for the bowling and miniature golf prices - they could be adjusted, as they are probably the most expensive features.
